  6. I still don't understand why voting isn't mandatory..It doesn't adversely affect anything to vote. And I think mail in should automatic and automatic registration at 18 needs to be made standard. Like u said, we all get a SS number in highschool and also drivers licenses as well. I know I got my SS card in highschool and had drivers Ed. Therefore getting a restricted license, therefore registering me in the system. We're all going to get SS numbers. So it's not like we're not in the system from then on. Unless we jump off the grid and work off the grid and live off the grid as well. If you have an electric bill, water bill, checking account drivers license. You're in the system. So why can't voting work similarly?

  7. Hey Bernie. Nurse's don't make 400 thousand dollars a year. Does anyone know that 25 or 30 bucks an hour, is less than 70 thou a year. Please don't give me this crap that a person making 400 , 300, and 250 thou a year, needs a financial break of another 10 thou off their loan. The money you save by giving loan forgiveness to only people making 70 thou or less, a year, you can put towards health care. Why are all these people saying 400 thou a year is low income and need a break? It's crazy.

  10. The problem with that poll on threat to democracy is, it's on both sides. The Republicans play that card as well. They say to their followers that its the Dems that are attacking democracy by giving restrictions and making Americans do things like take vaccines and wear masks . Also taking your guns. So yes definitely, democracy is a concern of people. But it's probably higher than before because both sides are claiming the other side is taking it away from us. It's all on which side you believe. The average American doesn't always look past party . There's always going to be a certain % of people that will vote party, no matter what. It's the swing voter that makes it happen.

  21. Well there are many factors to sellable value. Location, condition, commercial, residential. County appraisers value for tax purposes alone, I'd say. And the judge and prosecutor understand that. That's not even the case. It's that trump exaggerated exorbitantly for loans, insurance, and sales. And maybe, his " brand", being part of the value of a property. That may help when he trys to sell it, and like a valuable baseball card, there's more value depending on who the player is or was. Biden isn't a screamer, but he did have a better message. But trump was kinda so bad, maybe that wouldn't be a fair comparison. I heard the other day on MSNBC, someone praised Biden for staying out of the trump cases, which is good, but that we should have surrogates out beating the bushes in behalf of Smith's work. So Biden can stay out of it, so to not seem like he's trying to trash his opponent. I do appreciate that type of show of strength without seemingly a monster. Or a trump. And the other 40% either follow suit, or make dissents that go nowhere. Because majority rules. So, no matter what the DOJ, wants to do. It can be sent to the sleazy court, for approval. And then, it takes an act of Congress, to change it. And between the sleazy court and the sleazy Republican controlled House. That ain't happening. Maybe after the November election, things will change. We sure need it too.
