Damn ... Give most to the Food Banks and Lower the Prices on the Surplus. Freeze what's left and the Feds can offset the difference in Revenues for the Farmers & Processors ... Exactly the kind of stuff Federal Funds SHOULD be used for .... and Lottery Proceeds - instead of creating New programs that need to be maintained - Use some of THAT, instead of trying come up with new ways to use THAT Windfall ... Kind of a step in the LOGICAL direction, Huh ?
