  10. European countries use something called voter ID as we all have eyropean identity card. Mail in votes already happen to everyone who isn't in France. Also, all european id cards already have devices that would easelly allow mail in votes for french in france (plus some residents as is regional election). In conclusion, the world doesnt functions acording to usa internal affairs. Us, the rest of the world, exist.

Democracy entitles communities to express themselves and protest, which isn't what is shown in the clip, just a wanna-be riot going nowhere not expressing anything.
