  16. No they are not. Russia is not following the geneva convention. Also, language, religion or origin was never a stopper for hate and war crimes in the entirety of world history. As for the culture, there are distinctions which guives ukrainian their own identity which is what russia is trying (and utterly failing) to genocide.

  19. I agree only partially. A portion of it is philipine bad policy. Infrastructure also includes softening sea rising which there is already tech available, it's a question of political will. My country suffers from same issue, it just doesn't deflect to bigger economies nor plays the blame game. Infrastructure for softening flooding is actually less expensive and can produce wealth on the long run, politicians just don't fund those as they don't pay as much to buddy-builders nor it's affects are seen in election time, thus being less popular on the short term.
