  1. Like liberalism leads to globalization, that's what happens when you practice free trade and believe in it. It's a libertarian position to support global trade and allowing the capitalist to go wherever they want and do whatever they want.

  2. It has nothing to do with moralism or culture, lol. It's about economics. Milton Friedman, a capitalist favorite economist was a neoliberal. Neoliberalism is a rehashing of neoclassical economics applied to the globalization of late capitalism in reaction to the Keynesian era.
