The country is getting smaller in terms of space because everyone is driving something bigger and more of these larger objects take up the space that by not using small cars with very high gas mileage is what I call a blind working average for driver, car and road, that it will all crash.

Industries that once supported people have become industries that produce for other industries. Problems come with this arrangement when the product or commodity all these industries working for each other help to produce is no longer useful effectively killing the demand for that commodity and a whole lot of people thrown out of work. A crisis. A double crisis of uemployment and a public health crisis. We know products are tested for their utility but it is not the aim of business that a useful thing is made. Boeing embodied a huge number of working hours for a total renovation of its planes but it was Boeing business practices and management that their planes were made to extract a profit from them that rules production and this practice led to the crash of its planes. The normal course of business led to a disaster. The process of creating a working plane as a use-value to society that we see the particular level of skill, knowledge and creativity of all the particular kinds of people doing a great job renovating the 747 model is not made the rule in our society. Although it should be, the society we live in does not permit it. Normal is a return to the same business practice that led to the disaster gaurantees the disaster will happen again and more intensified.

What this shows is that there is enough material wealth and productive power for all to be rich. People do not have to worry about starvation by revolution. Every forebearing social movement who sought to change society had the problem of material deprivation. Russia and China overcame material deprivation and proved a nation can. But their's are not yet a full affluent and democratized society, therefore, partial democratic and socialized societies in whatever variant is all we will see on this earth and in our lifetime as long as the world gets smaller because we number more and there is little room for two systems to exist and one of them depends on expansion for survival. For all to be rich there cannot be any major class differences among people and nations. It cost societies and the planet to maintain and sustain social class imbalances in the consumption of productive power. This cost in the form of human labor consumed more by one and not the other is a key a generator of social inequality. Social classes take up more productive power and economic development depriving others of an affluent life. Everything will have to be completely and 100% democratized for a true affluent society to arise and for a new species of man and woman to develop.

Well, the Senator is not right about how we arrived at the $2K per month for working families. That amount is the average compensation of Canadian and European working classes receive in COVID relief since the pademic began. American working families are not given the same treatment by this oligarchy, in fact, a lower standard of living compare to their counterparts in other rich nations is what Americans got and now probably nothing as COVID rages through the population at alarming rates of infection forcing shut downs. The fail is Warren allowed the elites coalesce over Biden and Sanders failed to build a coalition of all people of color using race against racism. There are 40.3 million people working in modern slavery in the west, of that number 24.9 million people in forced labor, 15.4 million are in forced marriages and out of every four children one child is a victim of family and insitutional violence. These numbers are a culmnation of western advanced capitalist nations. US leads the way in the highest mortality rate among all the rich nations. Overwork is hghest in the US. People think that is a good thng when in reality it means employers are enriched by the added value provided in overwork to the employer's bottom line. In the US alone there are 132 million working class Amercans, only 18.5% work as higher skilled and higher paid trades workers. Not college educated but self-educated and trained in a specific trade. Like a welder. Machine mechanics. Fabricators and builders. The rest of the workforce are unskilled and not unionized, finding jobs in retail now devastated by the coranavirus lock downs that now too many previously earning under the $30 K per capita income will earn whatever benfits unemployment provides. Ther are no buyers looking to buy what these people are selling. Poverty is the inevitable outcome along with the decline in Public Health and environment. Half a million dead from the coronavirus and 717 million people are lifted out of poverty in China as I write. This is a remarkable contrast of what happens when the productive forces of a given society are not in the hands of a particular class-interest.

She did not announce who she will endorse did she? Sitting on the fence, whether to give her endorsement to Sanders or Biden. Medicare for all is essential with a virus going around that can kill people. If someone is going to stay home from work there has to be a compnesation that goes with it. A society that allows a person to die form starvation and eviction before a virus gets them is a callous society, yet, the administration turning their backs on people who cannot afford to not go to work. Airport, transport, retail, the mechanics in Monro muffler, the health care workers themselves in hospitals, everyone, firefighters who have to fight the fires in California, if they are not in a union they cannot afford to take off from work, increasing the liklihood of the spread of the disease. This is serious, because will Biden make it an executive order that all these workers get paid while they re sick and who replaces them doing the essential jobs they cannot do if they are sick? No contingency plans, its anarchy how Trump's government is managing this crisis.

I'd like to see Cenk, Crystal and Saagar, raise the question of what kind of society Americans want because it has been 163 years that the question of the will of the people in America has been deferred and distracted by all the periods of American history, by every president, and by every counter movement that came up to repress the will of the people when this question was on their minds, or when risen to a higher level than just swallowing the bitter pill democrats and republicans dished out. Whether that was the aftermath of the Civil War, to the Great Depression, the Vietnam War, to the present day with how we treat South America, always deferred and the capitalists remained in power for a little under two centuries, from the Civil War to now. What kind of society do you want America? Mexico has this same problem? Two centuries of two parties really one dominant class and one party with two faces. Do you want a society that meets your needs or the needs of the capitalists, because if you look at American history every single far left liberal and democrat managed to corrupt the People's will. Whenever the will of the people came to the foreground the capitalists still held power, even during FDR, we still had corporationsn and big banks, industrialists and robber barons, and capitalists controlling Washington DC., during the New Deal. Older Americans like myself can see this but I do not see younger Americans deviating from the same patterns of the 20th century, they are probably just so fearful to be associated with communism that Bernie, Ocasio-Cortez, and others like them do not take a stand on eliminating money from politics...how do you expect to ever get money out of politics if you do not remove an economy that is built around money? This is crazy cycle of insanity that Americans do over an over again and expect a different result each time they do find a progressive candidate, this will only demoralize the generation that comes after yourselves, your children in the near future. US manufacturing sector brings in $2 trillion, 10% of the US economy so what is the cost and benefits of going one way or the other? Bernie has a good chance building on this manufacturing sector and position the US as a green climate change producer. This manufacturing is largely in Texas is half the size of German GDP! Not to be snuffed at. So how will we choose our value units? Trump has a impoverishment of ideas, no alternative and the internal deficit gets worse. Left populism is big but corporate new media focuses on the right populism as more news worthy becausee it is uglier than the left populism. Europe in the next ten years will be a tragedy. Supply side metrics, everybody cannot be an exporter. For the system to work you need buyers and sellers. If Trump wins, his tariff war with China will be extended to Europe. Not good news for Europe, which is why Pompeo speech in the Munich conference did not go over well at all saying the West is winning. Winning what, and this implies somebody is losing...namely, Europe. Europe is caught in the middle with bad and weak governments no ideas, no solutions, embarrassed by a little girl so they ignore the problems. Between China and the US, Europe is trying to run a surplus against the world of two major supply chains is ridiculous. But since people do not feel they have any skin in the game there is more going on then a spread sheet. Work in society developed replicating forms of hierarchies that the bottom of society mirrors the top. It began with Kennedy that America emulated the British monarchy placed the Kennedy family as America's "Camelot". But this apparent evolution of the presidency as a royalty corresponds with the rise of the power of the transnational corporations over government and the general corruptiing influence of money. Previous to Kennedy, Ike was an old fart as was FDR and Woodrow Wilson. Obama was a young man and he did more damage to the country that we care to admit, after all, his chose Biden and he left the country vulnerable to a guy like Trump. If you look at Prince of Saudi Arabia, a young man, is a butcher. The right age is a middle age but more than that it is a social system that has matured and aged that its leaders are old. Carter might be saying to us indirectly that the presidency needs to be scaled down to a public office and without the trappings of a monarchy.
