@jopalolive , Well, I’m on the keto diet, so I’m already starting off burning fat. People who consume carbs will deplete their glucose stores, then become extremely hungry and weak before they transition into fat burning mode.
I’ve never tried fasting while being a carb eater, but when I was a child, when I got hungry I noticed that if I didn’t eat, eventually the hunger would disappear. Now, after learning the things I’ve learned, I’m guessing that I was hungry until I transitioned into fat burning mode.
I also noticed when I was a runner on the track team at school that after running for a while it would become more and more difficult to keep running for a while, then it would suddenly become easy, and I felt like I could keep running forever. Back then I thought it was endorphins or some sort of drugs that my brain was producing. Now I believe that I transitioned into fat burning mode, and once in fat burning mode, I had virtually unlimited energy to keep running.
