Trouble is most food is fast food full of calories and crap, and its cheap, some people are lucky they're thin - ( cough andrew ) but many especially with age pile on the flab, its a statistic that most of us put on around 3 to 7lbs ( 1 and ahalf kilos to 3 and a half.. I think I'm old im pre decimal.. Prehistoric my kids sometimes say ( the ones lve cut out of my will.. but they dont know it heh ) l and many of my mates all stuck on weight over the years it hapoens with contentment mostly, but were 3 to 6 stones over our ideal weight, but a few others have surpassed that l have a best mate 27 stones and rising, hes been told to lose wdight so he can have an operation but he is alway busy doing something and is incredibly happy with his life, whereas l used to be really fit and strong until about 15 years ago, l went downhill fast, at 42 l had the blood pressure and beart rate of a 21 year old olympian athlete my doctor told me, but because of a hip injury l had to slow down and got lazier n fatter, ive now had a new hip replacement and intend to do something about it but it will mostly have to be dietry as im not allowed to over stress the new hip, they tell you you can do all sorts s before you have the op but once youve had it, its dont lift more than 30lb in weight ( l used to bench press 300lb) dont run or jog as it will wear out the hip faster and dont overstretch the leg as the hip joint will come out, annoying but better than the pain l was in. Now im on amolidipine, ramipiril, statins, and other crap, never used to take a paracetamol at one time. Age is a beeeaitch. Im 66

I think he fell down the rabbit hole somewhere along with all the other conspiritards and racists.
I suppose its hard to feel ordinary again after once being a rising star especially on the bbc he had been on tv and had his own show on radio 4, well a couple of shows, one a sit com There Is No Escape, with no less than Diane, Morgan ( Philomena Cunk ), and Marek Larwood, that was only in 2015, he also had a show with short sketches about the monologue he performed everytime, he even sang in it !!!
I used to like it, l thought his mysanthrope act was just that an act but again he was just another celebrity with hidden festering boils that needed lancing.
It's a shame life twisted on him in such a fashion.
They say l may not agree with what you say but l will defend your right to say it, well that only applies to senible factual argument, not rambling accusatory naked racism & bigotry, plus pandering to the worst in society just to try and stay relevent or just be noticed and listened too, at any cost.
In my opinion.
I'm no saint myself and no fn of multiculturalism and especially not of the tories, and often feel at times that I've slipped into another dimensional version of earth one thats quite a bit askew to the one l left in sy 1980, expectations, people in general, morals, countries all took a twisted turn widdershins, common sense certainly left the building of life.
That or l need to adapt to being pointless.

It aint the immigrants moaning on these pages, most of whom do the jobs considered beneath us olde English blokes, its middle aged to old blokes who can't get along in life and see anything different as a threat, you moan but do absolutely nothing else. If you dont like it and you dont, get a party started for electoral roll call, but choose your policies and leaders ver very carefully, dont pick racist nut jobs to stand up for you as you'll be declared out of the electoral process and banned, instead of meeting up just for bias confirmation, make plans to show what realky bothers you and what you want to change, but dont use language and slogans that will make you look like the bnp bteam, be more sophisticated, use inarguable logic, employ market consuktants to help, play their game using their rules, get elected and then change the stuff you hate, you will not achieve it any other way.

All of you cheering Andrew on are very naive when it comes to world politics, and warfare, don't dismiss what is a fact that if Putler is allowed to win this in anyway, ceded the Donbass etc, or horrifically all of Ukraine, then 12 Billion will be a spit in the ocean when he decides to cut off other porti9ns of land from neighbour's he still sees as Russian, and when he stops any traffic of wheat, and closes off the Black Sea completely, a full on war would have to be fought and 12 billion would be a monthly sum, not to mention the lives of our younger generation who will be conscripted and sent to fight, your kids and grandkids, and then too even more chance of the big ones falling then no amount of cash could buy back the billions of lives lost nor all the animals killed and land decimated for hundreds of years. How much would 12 billion seem like then just before the missiles landed. Its not like you're all digging into your bank accounts and emptying them personally lol.
If this was the 2nd WW Andrew would be locked up as a defeatist at best or shot at worst. Neither which would do his career much good 😂
