You do know that between that nuclear power station and russian territory lies the whole of the Donbas? Or do you think jesus will make the radioactive wind skip Ukrainian territory and land straight in putin's lap?
2
Ahh the trolls in these threads... I can see some new accounts too, I wonder if that means the trolls farms have been told to work overtime
2
OK good, now let's pick up the pace a bit, people... death and destruction going on 24/7 at a horrifically large scale because you lot don't have the balls to do what Ukrainians did in 2013/4. Слава Україні!
2
Should have done that 15 months ago... they had promised to protect Ukraine from aggression when Ukraine agreed to demilitarise. 👿
2
@norbertdapunt5092 Hahaha well said! I 100% agree.
2
@marksnyder8022 What weather in moscow? This isn't a troll, it's someone spelling out a truth that some Americans may find hard to hear. The way Congress is haggling while Ukrainian soldiers and citizens die to keep this horror away from the rest of us is just shameful
2
@hape3862 Besides, Ukrainians have wanted to be in the EU for ages. They rose up against Yanukovych at the end of 2013 after he went back on his electoral promise to sign an agreement that would have allowed Ukraine to start the long process of EU accession. As I replied to @johnschuring5726 minutes after they'd posted that comment - I wonder if it was YT or the troll that deletedit, in any case it probably contained more facts than they could handle 😂
2
But why did you have to tell us that...? And do you realise that this video is about Kazakhstan, which is not a Slavic country?
2
Farage...? What makes you think he's going to have any power?
2
@pynn1000 Not at all, I think you made a good point yourself. Thanks though ☺
2
Ukrainians are partly descended from Vikings so that would make sense... however let's remember that Vikings were a conquering people who weren't fighting off genocide, and Ukrainians aren't fighting because they don't want to get old, they're fighting so can get old, and as free men and women, in their own country
2
russian propagandists have been trying to convince the world that Ukraine is selling on Western weapons since the spring of last year. Every time it gets debunked. Most recently, the kremlin has been saying that Hamas used Western weapons they bought from Ukraine to commit mass murder in Israel.
2
I am in awe of this woman. It may be the shock, but she is communicating rationally, even smiling... I would probably be curled up in a heap, shaking and whimpering. 🤍💙🤍
2
@TheSandman. 🤣 thank you 💙💛
2
Thank you, this was really good, good questions and good answers. I'm glad that Ukrainians are linking up with and getting support from people like this cool woman. "Nothing about us without us" makes me think of what Ukraine keeps having to tell the international community...
2
Imagine what russia could have been, if it had devoted its huge resources to building its own stuff and developing its own territories for its own people, instead of investing so much into weapons, gulags and psyops... Ah well, I suppose they'll have plenty of time to meditate on that in the decades to come.
2
@parttimephilosopher7097 What about them? Not sure what you're trying to say.
2
There's no need to choose between supporting Palestine and supporting Ukraine - I've been walking around with both badges on my person for 8 months now. Don't use Palestine to promote putin's propaganda.
2
It's also insane how many bot accounts they have! The one below is a new one, at least to me.
2
@RC-tv7hi I can see them and trust me, you're not missing much...just another putintroll, like you. Україна назавжди
2
Actually it's not that hard for an ant to crawl up an elephant's leg and sit on it where it can't reach it
2
It's called information. But being one of putin's trolls, you probably don't understand the meaning of that word
2
He does. He may have just witnessed a friend getting injured or killed, and/or just got away from the umpteenth life-threatening situation. These guys are tough but they're human
2
@sergeymazur5584 What's god got to do with it
2
A strategy that didn't work in the Maidan in 2013-14... but those people were Ukrainians, after all. Made of different stuff.
2
@RaptorZX3 @eddastrohmayer251 is a prolific kremlin troll account of the "sensible peace" variety - well demonstrated in this thread, I think.
2
@youtubewatcher2 ☺❤🖤
2
That's what all Western governments should have done with putin in 2014, but they chose to keep doing business with him
2
@meso8848 USA is not in Ukraine, what planet are you on?
2
@sanataj I don't. It's just a way of abdicating responsibility.
2
@Joe_Terra_Citizen That. Thank you.
2
They know that if russia wins in Ukraine at some point they'll turn to Kazakhstan... it's self-preservation as much as solidarity, I think. Btw, geo-politically sandwiched is a brilliant piece of language, very descriptive and also 😂 Take care, friend, Слава Україні!
2
Stop using Palestine to push putin's nasty propaganda. Nobody's falling for it anyway - I go to Palestine support demos with Ukrainian badges and flags, there is always positive feedback from people.
2
@sammiller6631 I'm a resident. Not an expat - or a "hotel patron", to go wiht your analogy. This is where I live, and where I've lived my entire adult life. If, like a "hotel patron", I packed my bags at the end of my stay and went back "home", I would immediately lose my right to vote in local elections in this country. So your analogy doesn't make much sense - best revise it before your next conversation with a migrant.
2
@ibpsupplyman As an Italian-born person I find this hilarious 🤣 Bravo!!
2
@neilsergener3821 ...and...? Ukraine has absolutely nothing to do with the way the NHS has been bled dry by the Tories since 2010. It's nonsensical and inappropriate to even bring it up in this context. Which makes me think you may be some kind of troll
2
@KyleRuggles That. Well said
2
The process somewhat differs from that of distributing sweets among a group of children... Each country needs to demonstrate that it meets the requirements set by the union
2
Ukraine's defense sector was downgraded for years by a president who was 100% putin's puppet - and even after he was removed, what with fighting the war in the east, the occupation in Crimea and a huge legacy of corruption, underinvestment and inefficiency, they weren't able to build it back up. Not to mention the fact that when the newly-elected Zelenskyy tried to talk to trump about military aid, trump tried to blackmail him to get info that would help him discredit his political opponent.
2
There will be plenty of negotiating to do over reparations - after the rf has ceased all hostilities, returned all captives, taken back all the soldiers currently sitting in comfort in Ukranian POW camps, withdrawn its troops back to 1991 borders and packed off all war criminals to The Hague
2
I loved watching Marikovskyi punch that russian in the face over the Ukrainian flag, but are you saying he gave you those figures? Your comment is unclear and your figures are wrong.
2
russia needs to stop targeting Ukrainian civilians. In fact, russia needs to immediately cease all hostilities against Ukraine, withdraw all its troops back to 1991 borders, return all captives and start paying reparations.
2
@relaxingsounds4821 Ok, so this is the latest shtick from the kremlin trolls...
2
The reconstruction of this building figures in the Lviv episode of a beautiful series where a Ukrainian composer - Yevhen Filatov - creates music from the sounds of Ukrainian cities in wartime: Sounds of Lviv. Tram, City hall, rain, lyra and the legend of the opera (I try not to post links but this is the full title, it will get you there). 45 minutes long. I recommend the whole series if you love Ukraine and music, it's outstanding. Decent English subs. Україна назавжди💙💛
2
@wolfswinkel8906 Ahh, thanks for confirming the nasty feeling I had about you from your initial comment... Your baseless assumption about this man's knowledge and understanding of American history (or lack of it) smelled like trolling, and your reply to me, even more so.
2
"... like milk in a bag..." 🤣 This guy always makes me laugh. Seriously though, I don't think these stories are so ridiculous because they were invented by ignorant people, but because they were invented for ignorant people: the propagandists making them up are working on the assumption that everyone has the same limited capacity for critical thinking that russians have after the generational brainwashing they've been submitted to for decades.
2
A few months ago, russia yet again embarrassed itself by destroying 4 Bradleys before any Bradleys had even entered Ukrainian territory... Like all of putin's mouthpieces, you're just projecting. And you're not even that good at it. Слава Україні💙💛
2
We live in hope
2
@Dan-cb5xx Hoping that putin is indeed becoming hated throughout the world...? Because for all the people who do rightfully hate him, many others still don't
2
@louisecorchevolle9241 The invasion of Iraq was an abomination and there's been no justice for it. Ukraine did what many other countries did and supported the US and UK - and considering how badly Ukraine needed to get closer to Western countries, even with my opinion of that war, I understand why they chose not to remain neutral. However there's no comparison, because the Iraq war was not an attempted genocide of the Iraqi people - children were not abducted, there was no strategy to convince Iraqis that they're not Iraqis. For these reasons, when people bring up the Iraq and other wars in this context, it tends to be nothing more than whataboutism. Now tell us why you lied about Mahuchikh being "targeted by Ukrainian nationalists for posing alongside a russian athlete" - I follow Ukrainian sources and I'm seeing a LOT about her, and NOTHING about this alleged incident.
