Humans can probably survive without a frog that hasn’t touched his land dimes 1965.

She seems more anarchist than libertarian
1
You would rather they drive, which costs even more in taxes
1
Tipping is fine, it makes people work better. The problem with our current economy is that workers don’t really get rewarded for hard work. With unions everywhere, bring everyone onto the sane level, and fucking over businesses at the same time - you don’t get any incentive to put more effort into your work.
1
As opposed to the government doing the same thing?
1
Cut corners? You put ta getter a frame, some wall. Do the plumbing, instal all your toilets urinals and sinus and it’s dine. 6 months- a year, $200k a public toilet to the save quality
1
000 001 if everyone worked in the public sector, or socialism, then our economy would slow to a halt. Capitalism drives innovation and productivity. “Things would definitely be slower. But everyone would get a fair wage.” Money is only worth what you can buy, what you are actually saying is there would be extreme inflation that would kill our economy. And what is a fair wage? According to the government it’s everyone getting paid extraordinarily high to do nothing. There’s a reason private companies are faster, because they have deadlines and profit margins.
1
000 001 capitalism is the best economic system. It promotes human nature - competing - and gives people freedom of choice. You can choose your house, your car. You can work your own job.
1
000 001 yes, there will always be more poor people. But as long as both the rich and poor get richer (inflation corrected), then it’s a sign the system is working. 20 years ago we didn’t have smart phones. Our innovation and improvement has only skyrocketed with capitalism. When China opened itself up to private investment, and let private businesses take over some industries their economy boomed. People who were better, more efficient, and more experienced could take over, and China is now the second biggest economy in the world. In a public only system, people don’t have any incentive to succeed. That’s why governments are almost always more expensive, slower and lower quality than private companies.

Universal education exists, it’s called free k-12. What schooling exist is free higher education. As Pete Buttigieg puts it: Americans who have a college degree earn more than Americans who don’t. As a progressive, I have a hard time getting my head around the idea of a majority who earn less because they didn’t go to college subsidizing a minority who earn more because they did.” College isn’t a right, it’s a privilege. You pay money as an investment in future job opportunities. We see this oversees, with many people getting degrees abroad, just to move to another country for work. All of that taxpayer money wasted. If you want to talk about student loan debt, then let’s talk about that. It’s the biggest debt in America, and it cannot be dissolved like other types can. The real issue is that the government gives these loans out like flies, and colleges take advantage of them. Ever since the government started giving out loans in 1965, college prices have almost tripled. What was once easily affordable with a college side job is now something that takes 2-10 years to pay off.
1
With a 37% income tax rate it’s not even close.
1
You also gloss over the fact that nuclear works 24/7.
1
Witch Sorrowful um yes it’s important power worked 24/7, and when it dies it should work consistently. Unlike wind and solar, that only work at certain times of the day, only on certain days.
1
And countries didn’t have a plan before they went to Paris and wrote a shuttle agreement, bullshit
1
How do you get put of focus on a 2D screen?
1
Well if it doesn’t exist here then it shouldn’t be his problem. It has been missing from this land since 1965! It’s a frog, I’m sure you would object to your house being seized if the government found out 50 years ago a endanger frog species lived in that land.
1
@zhanucong4614 that as well. In fact when you compare job for job the 17% gap that leftists claim falls to 5%.
1
A ICE check should be quickly running ID through a system, and sending them on their way.
1
They shouldn’t check your car unless at a border, or they have a flag when they run id
1
That’s why you give to charities not to random beggars.
1
I disagree that a country should “let them leave”, unless it’s in both of their interests to do so. But making states let independent isn’t a bad thing
1
I saw a recent study from the University of Melbourne that “organic” farms need up to 2x more land to grow the same amount of crop. Forgetting that “organic” food is no different to normal food - it’s just outright unsustainable.
1
Gamer From Space being financially dependant doesn’t mean she can control your life. It’s obviously an abusive relationship in the way she treats you as a child.
1
Haha what? Bit xenophobic are we

New York

What would you rather be hit by, a 2 tonne car travelling at 80km/h - or a small scooter travelling at 16km/h
1
You don’t say that you’re not hiring because of maternity leave, you make up another excuse. It’s not rocket science.
1
That’s not the, Uber drives make more than that.
1
“How could we afford it”, by cutting tax spending where it isn’t needed.
1
So people outside of the us can get, but not on the inside?
1
Armoured vehicles and “military weapons” are disused assets that are sold to police departments from the military extremely cheaply. It’s reusing goods that the army has no use for. It’s been very helpful, things like 40mm grenades launchers can shoot beanbag rounds or tear gas to prevent deadly encounters.
1
Drug companies do much more research than the government. 75% of all drug research in the us is done in the private sector. For profit medical care has lead to huge advancements in care, and the us has some of the best care in the world. It’s too expensive though, we bugged agree on that.
1
Stop training cops to shoot to kill? How else do you shoot? Cops are trained to shoot until the threat is gone, it’s a last resort. We have seen bad shootings, but 99% are completely justified and the only choice a cop had. A recent event was a guy in Chicago. He was wielding a knife and stabbed a female officer in the chest. He was shot multiple times, but still wouldn’t go down - it ended up taking 21 shots to stop him.

Can someone explain to me how the SAT system works?
1
Um... how? Your not legalising child sex trafficking, just prostitution
1
Cut spending, cut taxes, get the economy growing. Stop running around asking for social services when the wealth just isn’t there
1
GMOs have been a life saver for a lot of poorer countries who are reliant on a good harvest to survive.
1
What?
1
@notnothaze not according to his website
1
Explain how those 4 people have made their money because of government
1
@Holt817 musk gets subsidies, but they are no where near the amount that other car manufacturers have received. It’s not even close. Gates gets money from government contracts because his windows OS is used by millions of government computers. To tax him because of that would be stealing Amazon wouldn’t be as big today if what? Amazon is 100% his idea, he innovated himself and beat his competition without bureaucracy. The same with Facebook.
1
I do y like when the government over regulates and kills competition, but these companies are fair. Being better isn’t the fault of the government
1
@Holt817 I’m with you, ICE’s shouldn’t be banned. But that hasn’t happened yet, and doesn’t look like it will happen for any least another decade. Just look at Obama’s plan to keep car manufacturers in the US, it essentially gave away money
1
@Holt817 Microsoft had a anti trust lawsuit against them because they bundled IE for free with windows. Free browsers is something we take for granted nowadays, but back then it was so “unreal” that the us government thought it should intervene.
1
@Holt817 amazon does kill small business, it turns out that a online delivery service makes brick and mortar stores obsolete- who would have known?! Taxes are a different story. Amazon - after facing significant losses - had outstanding rebates. That means that one year amazon paid 0 corporate tax. Funnily enough, small businesses also pay 0 corporate tax. But amazon pays other taxes, payroll taxes, income taxes, capital gains taxes, state taxes. Where amazon may be helped by bureaucracy us minimum wage increases. Amazon ire’s significantly less staff, so higher wages isn’t an issue for them. The sane cannot be said for their competitors
1
@Holt817 I agree with your last statement, I just don’t think that these companies are big beneficiaries. Better examples are out there
1
Most people drive
1
Lost me at immigration, terrible idea. The us should choose immigrants based on if they are a improvement or detriment to our culture and society.
1
And the democrats have now passed their bill in the house. It: Increases unemployment benefits ($600/week) until the end of the year Forgives off $10k from everyone’s student loans It would pay everyone another $1200 Pretty much, if you’ve got a student loan - you could have your entire loan payed off by the governor for you.
1
@thecommonsenseconservative5576 look up the “HEROES Act”, essentially another $3 trillion to add to the growing national debt.
