The "deep state" truly exists at many levels of governents and organizations. It may be too late to examine this conduct and planned for the near future. Here are a few ideas. UAV"S are defined as military weapon systems. They are operational in the USA even in absence of a national military conflict. Under what explicit authority? Military and Intelligence assets have been used in the CONUS and it is doubtful that the other branches of government have been explicitly notified. (The old "neeed to know" game). All I can suggest is that we NOT assume that these approaches are NOT operational. Each of us must be diligent and vigilant to protect our own freedom as individuals. This was written by Emeriti Professor of Business at Harvard University Professor Shoshana Zuboff. It is 750 pages of goodness and 125 pages of academic references. It looks like the game is over for privacy in ther USA. Subsequent to this publication many milestones in Artificial Intelligence have been met. Read the book to be more informed on the topic. This is NOT mere speculation or armchair conversation. Do you own a smartphone? smart TV? iOT? Do you know about WiFi triangulation chips? Lets start there?   4. These are interesting definitions, but you have not included "organized" individual stalking. I am speaking about forensic or "legal stalking" aka " sub rosa" or under the rose. Your description of observing and following is partially correct but it is not always by " the (one) stalker" being physically present. This sub rosa activity can be continual or continuous for many years 24/7/365. With electronic social media today it is not required to be physically present at all times. Your inclusion of "contact, calling, texting, email" is poorly defined in this regard.. During a sub rosa investigation, the target is rarely contacted directly unless it is a type of legal pretextual contact. Also it is usually agreed by legal counsel (civil and administrative laws and not criminal laws where most anything goes) to not DIRECTLY encourage the target to engage in certain activities: Note the exemption of "allegations of potential crimes". In other words, an associate of the target could legally be contacted with lets say 2-3 Free seats at a major sporting event. if the target somehow gets invited by the associate - roommate, romantic partner or other person to accompany them ( where they no longer use a cane or wheel chair to root for their favorite team or players. it may be legally permissible in most legal venues. Yes, that can be defined as a "contact" but by whom? and for what purpose? Sub rosa investigators are careful to never get "picked" by the target. They can get "picked" frequently usually by people who THINK they are targets. Usually others who are involved in some other activity that they do not want discovered ( A lot of stuff is going on out there. Drugs extramarital affairs etc) The result, is other individuals replace the investigator. I have seen over a dozen different investigators on one sub rosa assigment. When does this occur? Pre employment investigations, insurance investigations, lawsuits and legal matters of all types, (Insurance applications. claims and witnesses), bank investigations, loan investiagtions, workers compensation, welfare benefits, school districts ( assure proper district residence), domestic investigations, corporate, governmental, medicare, physicians, counselors chiropractors, political and many judicial matters including child custody. In any medium or larger size city there can be literally hundreds of these sub rosa investigations conducted on any day! The point is there is NO repository LIST of investigations for obvious reasons.   5. Thanks for your reports of objective findings on marriage. I have made the rational decision for MGTOW after experiencing a high value marriage. I did not like being a cuckold and so I filed for divorce and fortunately did well financially and emotionally using a unique strategy. My initial goals were to find Peace, Quiet and Freedom and I could no longer accept being a cuckold. The laws today encourage women both single and married to have as many sexual and relationship encounters as they want. The idea is taught in public schools that women decide when and what they do with their bodies and they are the only persons who can evaluate a mans value. That's fine with me. I'll just help these ladies find what they are looking for. This supports the trend for more and more women to use extramarital sex and relationships as a legal and sexual right. In my case I no longer employ women but instead filter my work through a services company which now has the legal responsibility for false claims that may arise by hiring women. I have never been happier in my life! When I want social or sexual contact with women I select only those who are married. This removes divorce and alimony from my life. It also eliminates false allegations in the way I have our meetings arranged. I am no longer the cuckold who brings in the money while she plays around. I agree that the husbands of these ladies are now the cuckolds. Every one of them is a Beta provider and they have no legal alternative but filing for divorce ( most states). This behavior I describe ( cheating wives) is so common and mainstream that there are many popular songs about this state of it's "cheaper to keep her" . Most men when confronted with wives like this quickly learn they can be financially destroyed by a divorce. The result is that many just try to look away while she is cheating. From my view, I see two primary "relationship" motives for women ( single and married) : 1) increased asset and social status and 2) amusement entertainment, novelty, chance taking and entitlement. When I recognize these goals among married women, I know that I will have a high probability that she will tell me she is "available" which seems to be the key word these women use to express their intentions. Many wives tell me they love their husbands but just want to have fun. Some of them even brag they were required to sign a prenup before marriage!! Yet they still cheat! This attitude tells me that they do not care about being responsible or accountable for their agreements ( Prenuptial contract and marriage license/vows) . Do I see a correlation with this behavior? Yes! it is the behavior of little girls. If I had a choice it would be less complicated, if women did not use hypergamy and the chase for Chad and Tyrone for entertainment. A high quality honest marriage where loyalty responsibility and accountability were traits of each partner would be ideal. But our laws do not support this. When I mention these character traits women get upset and tell me their husbands or boyfriends tell them the same thing! I see yet another correlation here but your research might learn the responsible schema via Factor Analysis?

Your information is more inclusive and broader and possibly more accurate. My intent is not to cast aspersions on solely women. I do know that the age of patient spouse and length of marriages are most likely important variables. Confounding variables are commonplace in any epidemiological study and the must be identified, defined and controlled to get the best data.

Statistics relies on accuracy from unclassified data sets. Where is the data to analyze? There are thousands of projects that are SCI Sensitive Compartmented Information. From the 1950's to present many are projects not subject to Declassification reviews. On April 26, 2018 President Trump refused to declassify additional classified documents relating to the assassination of President Kennedy in November 22 1963. This is more than 56 years after his death No unfounded speculation is needed for this FACT. Are you using "magical thinking" to support the idea that there are no secret government activities to be concerned about ? You assert that " Many people like Bob Lazar" would have revealed facts only known to participants and classified government documents. 3) I have no information "that UFO's are real".   15. You gave a nice primer for the naive. Lets talk about the real issue. In 2008 a major Wall street market maker was caught by "himself" defrauding investors by many billions of dollars. He had to turn himself in for a fraud that ran for many years. It seems that the company only took customer investments and did not but any stocks, but used the new investment money to pay back those who were getting out of the market and taking their money + substantial profits from the new investors. This is a classic Ponzi scheme with a twist. Investigators had been watching this firm for 8 years and the regulatory agencies refused to adequately audit the firm. Billions of dollars were lost by honest investors for decades, yet NO government or regulatory agency including the US Attorney General, FBI or SEC would lift a finger to stop this criminal activity that even a teen-aged gamer would be smart enough to figure out. Today only one person is in prison and the regulators are smiling at one more job "well done". None were fired for incompetence and the beat goes on encouraging more psychopaths with "Dark Triad" personality traits to continue. Honest workers lose pensions while many "Whale" investors destroy pensions and legitimate firms for greed and amusement. Where are the regulators? Instead we get repeated Mortgage scams, Ponzi schemes and questionable relationships between top government officials who are involved with the same companies. None of this should be a surprise to those who are behind these manipulations. I do understand why so many young investors want to invest in Gamestop. Most have nostalgia for those stores and want to keep them successful for the future. They don't care about psychopaths who short sell to ruin the lives of honest businesses.

Most people have no idea how much real surveillance exists! This is not merely paranoia or fantasy. Not only physical surveillance but the elecronic collection of metadata can actually reveal much more about a target than by interviews and physical surveillance. My background is in laboratory research following the scientific method. We were always concerned about research grants and publications,. There is much higher income earned by studying the behavior of humans instead of laboratory animals. On a side note a typical insurance claim pays much less than the contract requires but this is not ilelgal and actually required by most state laws ie Defend and prevent insurance fraud is the legal pretext. In my studies I found only about 7.5% intentional fraud which is significant above the .05 level but it is no where near the 25% fraud touted in the media. Governments ( all branches) as well as legal venues direct most of this work. One Law school professor advised me that there is ONLY ONE RULE of law that is controlling. "She who has the GOLD makes the Rules". I found this to be accurate and seems to oppose the myth of fair judicial systems. I offer a reference to a recent academic publication book that is not just based on anecotal observations. Read "The Age of Surveillance Capitalism ( 2019) " 750 pages with over 125 pages of references by Emerti Professor of Business at Harvard University Dr Shoshana Zuboff. It is an excellent read but even though ti was printed recently the technology involved has virtually exploded. I do not believe it is possible for countries in the west to recapture any levels of privacy known in the past. it is too late!

In some cases I have heard of "heavy shadowing" which involves physical surveillance with poor tradecraft that purposefully allows the target to observe the observer. This can ruin an otherwise good sub rosa activity. One result is emotional stress on the target manifested by unpredictable behavior including walking driving and communicating. If what you say is going on it sounds objectionable and not professional. Most of this "low quality work is most likely involved with criminal law and some large Tort cases. I am reminded of the experiences of Ralph Nader and his reports.

They can be repeatedly hired by different organizations who are unaware of the history and repeat the same allegations as many times as they desire. If the Victim Narcissist is an attorney specializing in this type of law there might be not possible to protect future employers from fictitious claims of abuse. A Victim Narcissist could also have a Machiavellian personality trait that is dominant. Why go to jail for a false police claim when you can obtain monetary profits known only to a very few individuals ( NDA settlement agreements) with less investment of time, energy and emotion? If you are ambulatory and would like help others, I suggest working as a volunteer at a hospital that specializes in treatment of neurological diseases such as Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, Parkinson's disease, brain tumors, stroke and Alzheimer's disease as well as accident victims. I have volunteered to work in a VA hospital and not only learned the problems of these patients but also learned a lot about myself. Ask around the staff and you will surely learn what I did that for married patients, they may soon learn their partner will divorce them. I volunteered in a hospital where most of the patients are male . The obvious observation was that it is the wives who were divorcing their husbands. This could be the same scenario for women patients with the same diseases. I do not know. These patients need all the kindness and help they can get.

This is partially explained by some observation of his behaviors ( wearing an isolation Hazmat suit with gloves and shoes) in school. But are there more factors involved? I wonder if his IQ level his similar to most of his classmates? Low IQ can place him in Special Education and counseling, while a higher IQ would place him in a special needs counselor for Gifted students. Isolated behavior removes the social guard rails that may have protected others. In both cases school counselors would have been close to monitor and help.

Are MGTOW men finding ways to decrease their reliance on state sanctioned Long Term Relationships which favor women and the state? A married woman in an affair can not sue her paramour for alimony. In 46 states, the husband of a marriage is legally financially responsible for any children conceived during the marriage regardless of the identity of the sperm donor. You discussed the possibility of paranoid thinking among some MGTOW but did not explain the latest research that shows that as much as 50% of married women have a "Plan B" ( affair) with the man usually being a member of her "Friend zone" who never made it to her "dating" category. Men can understand before they get married the many legal and emotional pitfalls that await them because of state sanctioned marriage . Should all men be forced to donate money to political campaigns to assert their rights as the MRA's have done? Many men want a different approach such as MGTOW. You can not have a war if soldiers refuse to fight. You can not use marriage as a weapon against men if men do not get married. It is that simple, but Fifth wave Feminists do not want to give up their power, control and abuse of men. Many men do not want to spend the time energy and funds required to change laws which are hurtful to men, women and families. Lets look at marriage from the woman's perspective? Are there any legal requirements that require that she NOT have multiple affairs during the marriage yet still receive alimony and support payments? Only one state bars alimony to either party in the case of infidelity of a partner. If this were agreeable in the other 49 states perhaps the MGTOW philosophy would be less popular? Also if EACH state required a DNA test at the time of delivery they could bar financial responsibility to the husband. Just these two simple legal remedies would have a huge effect on the stability of families which provides an advantage to all. Lastly, lets examine the whole # MeToo phenomenon. Our society needs to continue to encourage accurate reporting of abuse and it should also have a concomitant criminal penalty for fraudulent claims of abuse. If the penalties were equal it would deter but not eliminate false claims of abuse. Instead of a written warning and a $500 penalty a false abuse , the claimant should face THE SAME Ten years in prison that men face. What is the rational reason to not enact this type of law? I have met many men who support the MGTOW philosophy and who do not have a Personality Adjustment Order. The idea that believing in an unpopular philosophy is a signal that raises a flag for a personality disorder is on politically dangerous ground. Today many Democrats would like to see Republicans being arrested for not agreeing with them! Congressperson Pelosi made that statement yesterday. Arrest the President for disagreeing with her? There is ONLY one group of people who are specifically identified as to NOT be assessed by an IQ test. I will not say who this group is for obvios reasons. Read "The Bell Curve" for a possible answer. The simplest way to avoid this issue is to NOT SPECIFICALLY use an instrument titled "IQ" test. It is as simple as that. For example" SAT's scores have a high correlation with general IQ and crystallized IQ

  45. I know surgeons who are have narcissist behavior and show LACK of empathy. Their jobs require calm cool and collected attitude about serious injuries pain and death. They can not be accurate fast and follow best practices if they get emotionally involved. Does the practice of surgery attract certain personality types. Are surgeons more effective with an emotionally empathic surgeon or a "robot" surgeon?. Today man y surgeries us a Robotic device called the Da Vinci robot. These robots do not have empathy.   48. I understand your concern but there is a difference between actual undercover investigations and the TI experience than many endure. One problem remains that can never be known is which events are purposeful legitimate and which ones are delusional. It could happen to anyone. Speculate how an LEO detective must worry about never knowing when "they" are a target of an insurance or other investigation for which they are not aware? My experience is that LEO's and attorneys are less difficult to observe on these cases even though they think they "know" how these operations are conducted. My advice is no lies, exaggerations, no insurance or disability claims, avoid "office politics" and likely no worries.

I recall one time I was on a sub rosa investigation and detected an attempt by other investigators to "stalk" me while I was "stalking" an insurance claimant. It was not paranoia but I learned that the origibal investigators lost a large insurance company contarct on my assigned case, and were trying to figure out how one investigator ( me) was able to collect so much information and video recordings in a short period of time. BTW I "won" in that I had video of the other investigators as they were trying to observe who and where was watching the claimant AND them simultaneously. Very humorous SPy vs Spy Vs SPy. I was using remote surveillance and lots of "toys" that I developed. The other investigators had rented as large Utility truck ( 3 Ton) and had it painted to look exactly like the local company truck and even wore fake "look a like" uniforms as well as a second truck in similar livery also used as a stake out vehicle. I had close up video of these amateurs as well as the claimant all while being located blocks away from the area using my remote cameras. Just like Mad magazines Spy vs Spy Vs Spy. Lots of fun.
