Following the acquittal of modi, even the international court of justice (ICJ)set him free off all criminal charges. Delhi violence also the UN majority members of European union along with USA and Russia supports India. This means Delhi violence was also just political parties clash not civilians clash unlike in pak. Pakistan is in grey list for persecution of civilian minorities and ethinic cleansing in baluchistan and spreading terror. So the actual nazi is Pakistan govt and isi which you need to solve rather then blaming India.
