My cousin in usa had ligament tear for that the doctors did not prescribe even 1 antibiotic. 2) an orthodontist ( mds) vist our clinic every month once. In 60 minutes he would finish putting appliances for 1 patient. But he uses same gloves for all patients just by wiping in towel without washing also so we stopped him. But if you do this in usa your license will get cancelled next moment litigation you face. In India students aim is complete medicine somehow get a degree and soon open up clinic and start earning only this is in mind of most new doctors. You dont get research orientated prescription in India. A research orientated prescription means they will take time to study past history of medical records and give advice based on textual research. This most doctors never do this in India (except professors), they will straight away prescribe you antibiotics unlike in USA and west there they will give you an appointment only if there is real need. Once you get appointment the doctors there will study your medical history while proceeding with treatment unlike in India.

@santhosh2513 see. Taking precautions and going wrong is different vs negligence is different. The current law is only against "negligence" and loss of life due to negligence and NOT against loss of life due to "non negligence" "SSI is a thing that we cannot prevent even after taking 1000 precautions" this comes under "non negligence" this is okay. The new law is not against this. The new law is only against 1) negligence 2) loss of life due to a surgery done by doctor who knew 100% that the patient will not survive the surgery and they did not communicate the warning/ seriousness to the patient's guardian. 3) unnecessary cost expensive lengthy surgery recommended or done to patient in a time where a simple non-surgical non-expensive treatment wouldve solved the issue for the patient.

@Kartik-ij2vy when did we blame doctors for everything tell? Only negligence and malpractice part alone we are blaming. This is there in every profession (not just doctors) and there is a need to stop all those things. Why agitate against stop of malpractice? "yes cause you people blame doctors for even trying...so we save ourself first" whole world has these law why india alone should be an exception? "Sometimes" the Doctors recommend too many drugs unnecessarily to patients from a particular chemist&druggiststore why? Answer = you get commission from that store monthly. This happens only in 3rd world countries like India because they treat you like God that you can manipulate them yea?

@scorpio3058 but if you do bds in India which is bachelors of dental science, you cannot work as a doctor in west usa UK etc. Plaab usmle are all different. But you cannot clear usmle and work as a doctor in usa with bds or by doing post graduation in usa with bds degre. If you want to work there you have to do dds ( graduation in dental science) then only you can work there. See Indian doctors ( doctors from India) are seen like waste unless you graduate from there. Its exactly like how Indians itself view doctors/ engineers of karnataka/ Russia like kangaroo doctors. Same way the US UK Europe skeptic towards doctors from India. But if you graduate from there then then it is different. Now it is bit different Indian doctors treated better after this current govt came but yet they consider the Indian doctors "qualitatively poor" because here in India you can do things that you cannot do there and get protection by law. Here you will get protection from law by being negligent but you cannot get protection of law by being negligent in west. So they never recruit people with bds degree or Indian doctors unless you graduate from there even if you clear usmle or plaab.

@scorpio3058 in India we have a council body for everything. For eg doctors council is I think it is ima; legislative council now judiciary and bar council are trying to snatch and control from hands of legislatiore; like wise we have a council engineering lecture etc This council wants to control things in their ways. They started working for their benifit alone today and not for peoples benifit. It is trying to become like illuminati of this country. These council pretends like mediator in between ordinary people and elevted govt but now they want to sit and control everything that will benifit only for them. So for this they dont want punishment for being negligent. But this will affect ordinary people. As a result the quality of education is going down.

@scorpio3058 no if you do bds in india you cannot work as doctors in usa or UK by clearing usmle or plaab. Further you cannot do post graduation in usa and work in usa. This is quality of your education.

Here Indian army is main reason. They only wanted joint venture. Joint venture takes time to choose a partner based on negotiation of money etc. Then finally usa came forward and contract was fixed. Then they delayed engine. The root mistake is with Indian army only. Mistake is done due to error but this is deliberate case. They want foreign things because they get commission. Hal and drdo can do it themselves. No need joint venture because you wont get tech then why foreign venture needed?

No not metie. This time it is clearly understood the kuki insurgent groups from Myanmar behind the entire violence. They openly declared they are lost tribes of isreal.
