  3. The "good guy with a gun" was one of the protesters, who returned fire and stopped Smith's rampage. Did you notice that Smith is still in a wheelchair? He got shot in the hip.

  4. While possible, it's highly unlikely. Migrants of any status commit less crime than US-born citizens. It's obvious- migration is often arduous and dangerous, not to mention expensive. Why commit crimes and throw it all away?
