  18. They're neither. "Pro-lifers" tend to support lots of death in other ways, and if they were anti-abortion, they would support the only proven way to crash the abortion rate: subsidizing LARCs (IUDs & implants) and comprehensive sex-ed. It's worked again and again.

  20.  @johnbockmann  I do my best. Secular pro-lifers understand it, and even the National Association of Evangelicals grudgingly accepted reality, but by and large, it's really just about sex. The God Squad's hang-ups are so intense that they become counterproductive. They don't want people having sex and "getting away with it," and sometimes they even say as much.
