@Mp38482 You're being mean-spirited.
1
You exaggerate.
1
@XRPDaddy888 You don't know what you're talking about.
1
What is that supposed to mean?
1
The anti-choicers are claiming the former. We don't know yet.
1
@bseaingu Whose statement? Also, I hope that you mean "investigation," not "ingestion!"
1
That's not true. Schools are much safer for children than homes are. The data is clear.
1
@amazinq3032 Not at all. It's true. Also, I'm not sure if you're stating that you were in the Class of 1998 (I was in the Class of 2000), but in any case, juvenile delinquency is actually much less common these days. Kevin Drum at Mother Jones has done a lot of great work on this, and The Economist has run several articles on the subject.
1
That's already happened, repeatedly, and there was no wrongdoing found.
1
@yukozuna1130 The investigations that I'm talking about, often performed by Attorneys General who were hostile to Planned Parenthood, happened after said videos.
1
@yukozuna1130 What, the videos? It was discovered quite early on that they were deceptively edited. As I said, multiple investigations found no wrongdoing by PP. Hell, even Mike Pence admitted this.
1
And? See Harris's very long record of incarcerating people.
1
They're asylum seekers, that's who.
1
@Gator Nuggets That's why their cases will be evaluated. That's how it's done.
1
No, they are asking for asylum. That's legal.
1
How so? Harris for one spent most of her career incarcerating people.
1
What's that supposed to mean?
1
It's not too risky. Schools are some of the safest places for a kid to be. Look at the data.
1
You don't know what you're talking about.
1
*You're Also, no, public statues are meant to honor and glorify, and this man did not deserve it.
1
Sanctions don't help.
1
The M.E. apparently took a look, and will perform autopsies if more information comes to light, but apparently they saw no evidence of wrongdoing.

@brittanygarner5605 Perhaps you should read/listen to women who've had abortions at that stage.
1
@cottagefarm9799 Sure, I'm never inclined to trust the coppers in general!
1
@cassondennison8667 That's true inasmuch as they haven't said who took a look at them. Note that DC abortion law doesn't have a specific time limit.
1
@cassondennison8667 DC's laws haven't been overridden, ruled unconstitutional, or anything like that. Yes, I have seen the images. This is a strange situation.
1
@cassondennison8667 Indeed, I am curious as to who did the inspection. With that said, "top abortionist" is silly, and I don't think that there's a cover-up; hell, at the moment there's an effort underway to figure out just how they actually got the fetuses.
1
@cassondennison8667 It seems that it was the Medical Examiner who looked at them, and that they might do an autopsy later if additional relevant information comes to light. It's apparently not likely that a layperson can accurately gauge fetal age, and yes, I think that it would be helpful for the M.E. office to be more forthcoming about the basis for their decision. Also, investigating how the activists got the bodies is a matter for separate investigators, so it isn't either/or.
1
@cassondennison8667 No, we don't know that that's where they originated. They're claiming it was from a driver, from a company that doesn't transport such material.
1
@cassondennison8667 Nobody says that these human fetuses aren't human. That's a canard, as is the term "abortion industry." There is no such industry. PP is a non-profit, and private clinics have high overhead costs for security, thanks to "pro-life" terrorism. Do you realize that there were networks pre-Roe (and even before a few states legalized abortion) of volunteers who provided safe abortion care for free? Such networks have been growing in recent years, and plans are underway to scale everything up rapidly should it become necessary. If such organizing is insufficient, women will turn to black-market quacks, who are indeed often out for cash. No, the authorities are interested because these activists did some illegal things with biohazard material.
1
@cassondennison8667 The cells are human cells, of course. The statements aren't mutually exclusive.
1
@cassondennison8667 The embryo is in a quasi-parasitic relationship with its host's body, thus it's the choice of the host as to continuing this relationship or not. For this and several other reasons, it lacks personhood. Of course it's human, just not a person yet.
1
It looks like there's a big meth problem out there, so don't be so sure.
1
@scottyirish3231 I looked into it, and I saw some serious trouble.
1
Nobody's angry about the migrants. They're angry about people being trafficked as props.
1
How so? Harris put a lot of people in prison in her former career.
1
How so?
1
Nothing. The fetuses were apparently on their way to disposal, in accordance with the law.
1
Violent crime was worse then.
1
Nobody's angry about the migrants. They're angry about people being trafficked as props.
1
What if the gun had worked? Does your deity not protect the people who get shot?
1
How so?
1
So am I to understand that people who get shot don't have guardian angels? Why not?
1
What are you trying to say?
1
Buried properly? What do you mean by that? If the "millions of others" you're referring to are abortions in general, then there are indeed things that should be discussed more, but probably not what you are thinking of.
1
@danielawooton1222 There are procedures in place to safely and hygienically dispose of this sort of thing. Taking them home does not qualify, no matter who's doing it, nor how many/few.
1
@danielawooton1222 Is that the best you can do?
1
How so?
1
Sadist.
