It refers to the criteria that make killing wrong: sentience, the will to live, hopes & dreams, biological autonomy, and all the other things that are taken away when a person is killed. In a rudimentary way, babies have that. Embryos do not and cannot. There's no harm in not being born.

  22. People who work for the government can't get packages delivered to their workplaces. Also, not every workplace is open at the same times as deliveries occur. What about people who don't have cars, and might not be able to transport packages home?

  23.  @flippineck2825  It's usually negotiated in bad faith, and what really needs to change is US policies regarding Israel. Even the threat of that will be significant, but of course it needs to be backed up with action. I realize that so many things are vastly different now, but there's still precedent from 1956, for one example.
