There is no such thing as "Reformed Egyptian." The indigenous Americans did not have horses, broadswords, etc. Joseph Smith made it all up.
1
@robertmarley8852 They didn't live in North America at the time those events were alleged to occur.
1
The civil unrest you refer to was mostly outside and very often masked.
1
I agree, but the fact is it was already viral.
1
@tinkthestrange Did she give birth at a hospital?
1
He was driving into a crowd, and he previously expressed a desire to ram/shoot demonstrators. We don't want to see another Charlottesville-style attack, and that's not the only one.
1
@blackcanaryable What truth? They lie to women about the things mentioned in this video, among others. https://motherjones.com/files/waxman2.pdf
1
@Off The Cuff The truth about these places does not look good at all.
1
@Off The Cuff What do you mean? They mentioned the lies in the video.
1
@bruvlol9573 True, but embryos aren't children.
1
Not everyone is part of your superstition.
1
He would have to ask Mother first.
1
Gibberish.
1
Good riddance. No more statues honoring traitors.
1
@themoleman6806 That's not what sanctuary cities do.
1
@themoleman6806 First, it's "affect." Second, that's the job of the federal government, to the extent that it's a job at all.
1
@themoleman6806 It's not BS, it's perfectly reasonable. The local authorities have perfectly good reasons for their legal decisions. As for your parallel, nobody has to talk to the police, frankly nobody should, and have you ever heard of a thing called jury nullification?
1
@themoleman6806 It's possible for multiple things to be true at the same time. While it's perfectly reasonable and legal for local governments (and their police) to refuse to serve as immigration police, I also don't miss chances to point out that talking to the police is a bad idea.
1
An extra day is not feasible for many people. Do I have to explain why?
1
@mynameisntruby2405 Are you excusing the violence?
1
How so?
1
What difference does that make?
1
@elainejones5288 Do they tell lies like those mentioned in the video? https://motherjones.com/files/waxman2.pdf
1
@TwinGoats *whose
1
I hate those things.
1
True, but please stop shouting.
1
It's not helpful to lie, shame, evangelize, and delay (running out the clock).
1
@SirChristoferus You don't know what you're talking about.
1
@SirChristoferus You're assuming facts not in evidence. We point out all the time that if you grew up in a time & place in which any of those deities were worshipped, those would probably be your deities. Most people have the same religion as their parents, and yet it's always the correct religion, and everyone else's is wrong. When you understand why you don't believe in any of those deities you mentioned, you'll understand why I don't believe in yours.
1
@SirChristoferus Nobody knows how much of that story is true, if any of it, and besides, it doesn't really address what I wrote.
1
@SirChristoferus It existed. What's your point?
1
@SirChristoferus Not offhand.
1
@SirChristoferus What city are you referring to?
1
@SirChristoferus Believe what existed? A city from which Abraham allegedly came? There might have been such a place, used as part of the story. That's really common.
1
@SirChristoferus What is that supposed to mean? Anyway, there was a city called Ur. According to some mythologies, Abraham came from there. So what?
1
@SirChristoferus I wouldn't put it that way, but it reminds me of how the first several Chinese emperors were mythical, and the same is true for Egypt and other places. Now, I know that you're not just talking of rulers, but the genealogical history of Jews in general. Lots of ethnic groups have a fictional or semi-fictional history. Note also that one needs to have a population of a certain size to prevent a bottleneck, inbreeding depression, etc.
1
@SirChristoferus That depends on which Jews we're talking about. The level of connection varies, according to the genetic testing (which reminds me of the "blood quantum" and the "one-drop rule") and historical evidence. What's your point?
1
@SirChristoferus I didn't say that at all. What primary sources are you referring to?
1
Fault? How so?
1
@davidsonowski414 The US is party to international agreements regarding asylum.
1
@davidsonowski414 I don't have a house, and that's not how the process works anyway.
1
@Mrnoob951 Internet Tough Guy (and/or sadist)!
1
@mopar21 ?
1
@Mrnoob951 Protests take the streets. They always have. Trying to "nose" one's car through a crowd is inherently dangerous and unnecessary. Again, witnesses dispute that anyone pointed a weapon at the shooter.
1
@Mrnoob951 Is it grounds for self-defense to simply see someone who's approaching while legally carrying openly?
1
@Gluesniffer1969 Who aren't real people?
1
Does that justify the violence?
1
So?
1
Not necessarily.
1
No, she isn't, particularly when she started babbling about Baron Rothschild.
