  35.  @mac_mcleod  1) Russia sent mercs to protect civilian population from nazis from Fight Sector 2) Billionaires who used those nazis to overthrow DEMOCRATICALLY elected government wanted to join EU and NATO before 2014 3) What Russians have to do with famine in 1930s? Georgian guy was the leader at the time. And if you're saying that it was deliberate starvation - then who decided to starve Russians near Moscow in 1920? 4) eastern Ukrainians speak Russian and support Russia because they were the same country for the last 1000 of years 5) "forced children to learn country's main language in schools" - what a shocker. What country doesn't do that? 6) "2% of nazis in Ukraine" - but they have power, Ukraine gives them tanks, they beat up or kill opposition (like oles' buzina), Ukraine calls nazi collaborators and mass murderers "heroes of Ukraine", they name streets in their honour. Obviously vast majority of Ukranians aren't nazis, but those that are - were killing Russians for 8 years before Russia invaded 7) "nationalist" and "nazis" are 2 different things, Russia barely has any nazis in their country, they have laws against them and they have no power. For example leader of "freedom of Russia" Denis Nikitin is a nazi who was chased by government (like his friend Tesak) and who escaped to EU to make White Rex merch for other nazis 8) Even amnesty international admitted that Ukraine is hiding their troops in civilian areas. So no, Russia wasn't deliberately killing civilians, but they were killing soldiers who were using civilians as human shields 9) What head of intelligence? What's his name, i want to google it

  37.  @stevebeer3324  well, Ukraine was bombing civilians for almost a decade, supported and glorified nazis, while getting rid of all Russian (books, movies, language etc). Do you think it was bullying to beat some sense into Germany in ww2? Do you think Germany becoming NATO member is abusive too? Yes, Russian language was second official before 2014 coup, but pro nazi billionaires who came to power decided to ban it. It was one of the main reasons why eastern Ukrainians rised up Amnesty international admitted that Ukraine hides their troops and equipment inside cities. And when things like this happen - cities are getting destroyed. Just like NATO destroyed many cities in middle east. Just like Russia destroyed Bahmut. But notice how they haven't destroyed Kharkov or Kherson because there were little to no Ukrainian soldiers when Russians walked in. And compare it to Russia leaving cities instead of fighting inside them like Kherson "Ukraine prepared to have a stance of neutrality" - what? Since 2014 they were bombing Donbas for almost a decade, they constantly tried to join EU and NATO, they were receiving weapons and training from NATO. Btw, on Munich conference before invasion Zelensky said that Ukraine should make nukes. Is this neutrality? "Coercive control" - do you realize that EU also controls what's their members are doing? Do you realize that NATO sanctions anyone who helps Russia or even buys their goods above certain price? Do you realize that EU is so deep under USA boot that they haven't done anything about USA blowing up Nord Stream? And before you said "there's no evidence" - before the war Biden literally said "if Russia invades - i will put an end to Nord Stream". Do you think it's also abusive to damage EU economy like that? Russia isn't more controlling than anyone else. Some countries were just salty that Russia owned then and they were happy to change sides
