Nobody said that. It was made up by people on the internet.
3
We've tried. We've tried many, many times. Most of the people "merely asking questions" have no interest whatsoever in answers and half of the time, trying only gets "blah blah blah you're just a brainwashed sheep" in response.

Stars are too dim to appear on film without exposure times hundreds of times longer than are used for daylight scenes. Because the dust isn't very thick and the engine was throttled down pretty hard when landing, otherwise it would have gone UP. Dust clouds don't form in a vacuum. Without air resistance, all of the dust will fly away from the ship, not linger around it. Also the engine was shut off before they touched the ground. Because it's not very heavy, so it doesn't need that much thrust. It only needs to get into orbit; getting back to Earth is done with the rocket on the service module. Because they were filmed with different cameras. The blurry footage was because they had a stripped down video camera due to limitations of the communications equipment on the ship. I think it was bandwidth but I don't remember. What wind? The clips the hoaxers show you are while/immediately after the astronauts were shaking the post.
3
... we could talk across the Atlantic via satellite in 1962.
3
There wasn't. There was a fairly close camera attached to the ship that got moved away from the ship on a tripod later. The video of it leaving was from the rover, which was capable of broadcasting and remote control.
3
Just as a head's up, at 3,000 miles high, according to basic trigonometry, the would need to be over 30,000 miles away from you to fall below 5 degrees above the horizon. That's 3x the distance between the North Pole and your ice wall.
3
.... isn't one of your own side's claims that they weren't and that's why they look like they're lying and contradict each other?
3
@joedoe-sedoe7977 Um... no? The dust doesn't have to follow the same trajectory and certainly won't if the direction or amount of force are different. ..... you do realize the Kubrick "confession" is an obvious fake and that we know who the actor is right? Or do you want to instead claim that Kubrick faked his death? Just asking because the video has references to events that happened several years after he died.
3
No, he didn't. The hoaxers deliberately cut off the rest of his comment so that you wouldn't hear him talk about going BACK.
3
Just making sure, you do realize that the close-up pictures on Google Earth are taken by aircraft, not telescopes,, right?
3
It doesn't need to. The lander only has to get off the ground into lunar orbit. Getting back to Earth was done with the rocket on the service module, which never landed.
3
@kennethkeen1234 Kenneth... the force that causes objects to be "blown away" when you move is called "drag" and it's caused by resistance as you move through a gas or liquid. There is no drag in a vacuum. You can dress a spaceship up like a Mardis Gras float and it won't be blown away because no air to resist it in the empty void we call space.
3
..... so does everything before the 1950s look like the Flintstones to you? just asking, because radio stations have been connecting phone calls to radio communications and broadcasts since the 1930s.
3
Connecting a phone call to a radio broadcast is a trivial technology that is done with a switchboard. The radio industry had been doing it for thirty years by then.
3
By ignoring them because they don't exist.
3
Just making sure, you do realize that NASA has the coordinates publicly listed on their website where anybody can find them right? So the question isn't why is NASA lying. It's why are you?
3
... you do realize that the blue is in front of the moon right?
3
The issue isn't radiation poisoning. it's the fact that all of those super powerfull itty bitty tiny computer chips you whine that Apollo didn't have are many, many times WEAKER to radiation than 1960s components, one of the unavoidable side effects of circuit miniaturization, meaning you need better shielding to do the same job otherwise your "million times better than a cell phone" computers will be bricked.
3
.... but the telescopes we have now aren't capable of seeing that. Resolution is physically limited by the size of your mirror. Even the largest telescopes we have today can't see anything smaller than a hundred feet across.
3
.... Bart Sibrel was caught red-handed lying through his teeth about that a decade before this video was made; it's not a new claim. He edited his footage to mute audio so you couldn't hear them openly discussing the picture quality they "didn't know was filming" and skip over parts of it that blatantly contradicted his claims of what was happening. This includes shots of them filming without his trick less than 20 seconds after clips he used. Also, Bart's trick doesn't actually work. Cropping the Earth doesn't work in a moving vehicle because it won't stop the features outside from changing as you move, and the minimum speed to stay in orbit is 17,000 miles per hour, almost twenty times faster than the Earth's rotation. You wouldn't be able to maintain the trick for more than a few seconds before the clouds and landmasses outside start changing, let alone fifteen minutes (the full length of his clips), long enough for the ship to circle 1/6 of the entire planet.
3
..... but cell phones don't use satellite signals. Only satellite phones do and they're on different networks. You aren't catching anybody on anything. The cell phone companies only say this is how it works. So what about the GPS devices they use on ships at sea. Where are the towers? Atlantis?
3
..... Um.... but he already had a reputation for hating interviews even before he joined NASA and behaves exactly the same in the Gemini 8 post-mission press conference, three years in advance. So yes, yes he was. The only reason he was "never the same" is because you people are too lazy and too dishonest to look at how he was before.
3
Meteorites show obvious signs of heat damage and will contain rust from sitting in air, water, or snow.
3
.... they also don't show up on cameras that are exposed for sunlight, and there's very little point in taking normal pictures with your handheld cameras because it's the exact same stars that can be seen from Earth with less variation than spring to summer and no camera you can carry is going to outperform the giant observatory telescopes that are the size of their ship. Apollo 16 took an ultraviolet telescope. The pictures from them have been pinpointed to have been taken from the moon based on the Earth's size and position against known constellations. You people lie and pretend they didn't.
3
The Kurbick video's obviously an actor impersonating him. It has references to events that happened after Kubrick's death. The Buzz Aldrin "admission" is the hoaxers chopping off the rest of the interview where he clearly talks about going BACK.
3
Nobody. The camera on the rover could be manipulated from Earth via remote control, a technology that predates the moon landings by about 70 years, and the footage was broadcast and recorded on Earth.
2
1. An unmanned camera attached to the ship. 2. Von Braun's early complaints are about trying to land a single-stage rocket like you see in Hollywood, the entire thing that leaves the ground, not a multiple piece ship. 3. It folds up like a Transformers action figure. There's videos of it being removed. 4. A camera attached to the rover on the first person shots or the other astronaut or a tripod if it's third person. Note that the rover's camera turret can be remote controlled. 5. Probably because the Greek gods are big important-sounding names, culturally recognizable, and public domain so you don't have to pay royalties to use them. 6. The radiation that the hoaxers have been lying about deliberately for twenty years?
2
25 years? Now we know your "truth" movement is a fraud because the current planned date is 2025, only two years away.
2
Your cell phone is also in air. There's no air temperature on the moon and both incoming and outgoing radiant heat can be reflected.
2
It's also convenient that the hoaxers "forget" to mention that Aldrin refused after Bart called him hundreds of miles out of his way by lying about his identity after having harassed multiple astronauts to the point that Armstrong had to call the police for stalking and trespassing.
2
"Sheeple" a word invented by con artists to scam gullible people out of their money.
2
The news deliberately has about an 8 second pause in case they need to censor something.
2
.... but they literally can't do anything with any part of the moon they claim with 1960s technology. Its too far away to be a military base of any significance, you're not going to be able to reasonably maintain a colony with no food, air, or water with ships that can barely fit two people, and you'd bankrupt yourself trying to mine it because you'd spend more money mining, refining, and transporting it than you could sell it for.
2
Ed Fendell using a remote controlled turret attached to the rover.
2
But it's not going to take more than two seconds for a geologist to tell the difference between pumice and basalt with lots of holes.
2
And yet your leaders have had to resort to lying and faking evidence over and over and over and over. Hmm...
2
This is a list of "Hoaxes" right? You forgot "Bible".
2
You are aware that if you use multiple light sources, every single object touched by both will have one shadow per light source right?
2
A two-part fuel that involves bringing your own oxidizer so you don't need air.
2
By the way, you realize that there's probably nothing of value past the "ice wall" right? Without a second sun, any hypothetical land that is there is going to be permanently frozen and in permanent night. Nothing will grow except maybe moss or fungi around volcanic vents and extremophile microorganisms, there will be no major land animals, and bioluminscent sea life is frankly not worth hiding. Any plane that goes that far and doesn't have the fuel to come back is going to crash and be lost forever. There's certainly nowhere to land.
2
When man went to the South Pole and the second attempt failed, we didn't even try again until that very same Sir Edmund Hillary went. 40 years later.
2
What would be the point? There's nothing to watch there and if they were observing the Earth, they'd do so from a much closer distance where we can see details better AND would only do so with one picture every few minutes because details don't change fast enough to warrant the resources to actually stream.
2
The lower half of the ship has equipment panels on it that could be opened from inside. The camera was attached to one of those.
2
@saintsfan0614 And some people believe anything they find on the internet. Imagine... a "truth" movement whose leaders have to fake evidence.
2
Um.... Crypto? Most of a rocket's sound comes from the exhaust hitting the air. There's no air on the moon and sound does not travel in a vacuum. Also..... you can't descend at full thrust, otherwise you go UP.
2
@cryptoknight7256 The moon's atmosphere is like saying that a stripper wearing three pieces of tape isn't nude. Technically true, but not enough to matter.
2
@DanPerissinotto We have societies full of anti-sheep too. Baaing masses that will believe anything without question that makes the big bad evil government look evil. How do you prove anything to somebody that will go "That's fake too" no matter what you say? You could demonstrate that objects in the videos behave like they're on the moon, not Earth, and point out why the methods people claim was used to fake it and somehow that's not good enough because "Anything can be faked." Baa baa "That's fake too" Baa Baa Baa.
2
The JFK coverup left me soured to your so-called "truth" movements. I mean seriously. You can't agree who did it, you can't agree how, you can't agree why. I could pull names and motives out of a hat like it's Secret Santa and nobody would question me. When your "truth" reads like a book of mad libs and it can be slotted into whatever pet conspiracy you wish to push that week like the free space on a bingo card, then we have problems. To quote Conan Edogawa: "There is only one truth".
2
She's probably an actress that David Percy hired to play an urban legend. She straight-up forgets that Australia is 12 hours off from Britain and tries to pretend that she "stayed up late to watch the broadcast" despite the original broadcast happening at 11 AM in her time zone. The video's called "What Happened on the Moon", by the way, and the rest of it is filled with lies too.
2
@Jonny-eu7le I'd check the context. He's probably talking about being on the night time side
