My friend and I when faced which such behaviour in grown ups always say:"Der spürt sich nicht!" which translates (very loosely) into 'he doesn't fell himself/doesn't feel his own body/isn't aware of his own body'. I do think that quite often these kind of men have a very very strange relationship with their bodies - and touch. Almost as if the only way they will allow themselves to ve touched by another man is a violent one...

They even tried to storm the Reichstag building... but there werent that many and they didn't get far. Hope you are safe and well!
