  8. Fees as in adminastrive fees (that often include public transport, cheaper food, cheaper access to cultural events, pools, movies etc pp.)? Yep. They are just a few hundred € per Semester (Semestergebühren). The amount of money I saved using services offered through the Semestergebühren was so worth it.
