Proof marks on a gun they didn't actually proof test.
4
@ivareskesner2019 I think they should just go full on James Bond, and call themselves SPECTRE.
4
Only Dave Chappelle's breakup from the Comedy Channel was worse.
4
@seanmac1793 Drop the rear area garbage. Support forces are in danger and there is no front in War today.
4
Small game.
4
Actually it doesn't quite work that way. And despite the hype, most tank killing is done by missiles today.
4
You're looking at this out of context. Technology was moving ahead of tactics. The bolt action rifle was still a new thing. The idea of a man portable squad automatic weapon was just being invented here. All other machine guns of the time were for fix defensive use. They're making up things as they go along here.
4
Dreamcast rules.
4
Just keep in timeline. Just the idea of a armed airplane was new in 1914.
4
@MacSalterson a fin stabilized sabot is not complex.
4
@magustrigger9195 Nope. All volunteers since 1967.
4
32 ACP was a very popular pistol caliber for automatic pistols.
4
@bindingcurve actually Kel-Tec is doing just that right now. The sub-2000 CQB.
4
@Easy-Eight support ships and auxiliaries are always the unclassy budget items. With the Tempo of pre-war operations, that was probably more than enough? Plus once you lost bases in Guam in the Philippines refueling became more problematic.
4
@brianwyters2150 Iver Johnson used to make a so-called Enforcer pistol version of the .30 Carbine. The results were just as iffy.
4
It's a great winter carry option. Also for anyone who drives a lot. Also not everyone has a small waist.
4
@george2113 you really got to get off this anti-polymer thing.
4
"Rosalie." The Lassie comes Home of Rifles....😷🔫
4
Why has the straight pull never really been used as much as the bolt actions?
4
The Korean War. Luxembourg sent troops to fight with UN forces. They were also one the original NATO members.
4
@AdamantLightLP it's pretty much On point by most historians.
3
@cdubsoptional7849 I suggest you hold onto your two cents.
3
@cdubsoptional7849 are you trying to rewrite history or something?
3
@billd66 kurtz refers to the cartridge..380kurtz or .380 acp.
3
@hummerskickass it may also be argued, in much the same way Obamacare was. Is not a control, but rather a tax. And the Supreme Court already rendered that decision.
3
😂🐟 it does sort of remind you of a gun / tuna fish.
3
@mgeiger2341 Actually .30 carbine is in stock. And 9mm para is gone.
3
Seems a lot more practical than those NAA revolvers or the Lifecard. Very practical for a user who has workplace rules on guns.
3
He does look like a guest star on Miami Vice.
3
They are a original NATO member.
3
The Movie "Rough Riders(1997)" with Tom Berringer and Gary Busey. At about 2 hours 5 mins, you can see it in action.
3
My first pistol was a FEG made P35 clone. I never had a problem with a single action hammer.
3
Why did the Europeans have such a love for sidearms weaker than a .38 Special? They seem to have this unnatural love for.32 ACP, .38S&W,.380ACP?
3
First, they were being taken out of active service by the Mid 1960's. Next, you needed 2 hands to work the launcher. Same for medics or Machine gunners. Thus they carried a pistol for close defense.
3
@swendsenwiley Not in this movie. He takes out a helicopter with a rifle.
3
Hmmmm....🤔 A mixed bag idea. It definitely would have been lighter. It definitely would have less recoil. It definitely would have probably greater capacity. As a light machine gun however, you're going to give up long range lethality.
3
The History Channel had a few series that fits the bill. The First was, "Tales of the Gun." https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCBRGyqkjWMbFMrOWaC9epBhhCkWZcb3L
3
🙋🏽♂️ small point of order. There were United States Marines involved in the operation at D-Day. All the large ships had Marine detachments.
3
A Thanksgiving gift for non AR & non AK fans.
3
Not 1901.
3
@Jreb1865 Ammo availability is of course an issue. But the cartridges are very different. And the 30/30 is a rimmed cartridge?
3
The concept is great. Execution? Needs a little work. How does this compare to the similar concepts Magpul was fiddling with? 🤔 Even a semi auto version would be nice. The perfect so called, "Truck Gun."
3
@bigbelix there was a major change in terms of service in June.
3
@war13death point is, most pistol shooters aren't hitting anything.
3
Could be worse? You could be in Canada.....
3
There's nothing wrong with 13 Rounds.
3
Because the .30 Carbine was a better weapon. Had more range, power & we had millions of them.
3
@randomidiot8142 This is Circa 1920. This is hi capacity in a mostly revolver World. And rather than military, this more commerical to LEO gun. Alternative to the typical 1892 or riot gun.
3
@ScottKenny1978 That might be why this gun was not made? Winchester was still selling tons of 1892's to the same users. And the 1911 was still second place to the revolver.
3
@davidgoodnow269 but with a lot more Reach Out And Touch Firepower at 100 to 200 yards.
