Yay, Uni-Party.

"I'm not an emotional man," he says, and then he proceeds to detail how emotional he is.

We didn't believe it would change. We just knew which way to vote for a sliver of hope that it would change. It was a choice between a death spiral and maybe not a death spiral.
235
We're hearing from everyone except the mother who poisoned her children against their father out of spite.
154
But it's exactly what you'd expect from a diehard racist.
137
@BeardManAce If he didn't know what it meant, why did he think it worth sharing?
114
This has been happening since 2015, at least.

Dear LA, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, and NYC: The rest of the country is sick of your BS.

In 1970, $20 would buy you lunch at McDonald's, 5 days a week, for a month. Burger, fries and a coke. School lunches were 30 or 35 cents. It was a big deal when they went up to 40 cents. Inflation is bad and it's been with us since Roosevelt.

The generational disadvantage is real. The question is what to do about it. Blacks were answering these questions without any help and overcoming quite a few obstacles, until Lyndon Baines Johnson. Then the rot set in. It switched from "Quit holding me down" to "You owe me something." That's where it went off the rails.

I didn't vote for AIPAC.

It's definitely creepy and verging on SA, but k-12 schools have pretty broad latitude, with teachers and administrators have broad powers to act in loco parentis (legal guardians) for the children under their supervision. FWIW, teachers/administrators abusing their authority have been with us since the first public schools. You have to look at the psychology of choosing a career teaching and supervising children. You get a lot of motherly and fatherly types, and you also get a lot of freakazoids, who want to lord it over others. "Finally! I get to tell the cool kids what to do! Bwahahahahaha!"

She's just not seeing anybody with that opinion on her feed or in her comments, because she's in an echo chamber, plus nobody with any sense is wasting time on her, unless it's to simp.

Translation: "The files make us look bad."
28
I'd agree, except it metastasizes. The Antifa Road Show.
25
Violent-protester fatigue is real. Vandal fatigue is real.
25
@MakerInMotion Most rich people, food is a tiny percentage of their income. Prices could quadruple and it wouldn't put a dent in their budgets. In Joe Scarborough's case, he's doubly insulated, because he clearly does none of the shopping.
24
Lights up the room.
23
Your ignorance of history is appalling.
21
@garyn1780 It's pretty hard to fake dust falling in vacuum. It doesn't float around. It just falls to the ground like a great big rock, because there's no friction with air. If they faked that, then hat's off.
19
@Oz_Rion I think it's because only in America can the most insignificant people feel like the world wouldn't spin on its axis without them. Now, having kept the world turning for yet another day, I show myself to the door.
15
You are exactly right. And the more tears and screaming they do, the more they need an audit (or a DNA test).
13
He said "none of your business," but I feel like he probably voted 'D' like all the rest.
13
Criminal malfeasance. Billions of monorail to nowhere. Billions on the homeless. Nothing gets built. Homelessness exploding.
11
They don't even realize everything they say is a cry for help. Well, they do, but not in the way they think.
10
Tomboys are hot.
9
Nice.

@rainbowprism6242 If they're so educated and so skilled, surely they can apply all that learning and skill to finding a job in the real world. Or are you saying they're utterly unsuited for any job other than government bureaucrat?
9
@Doc_Cocked_Glock That's a point in his favor. As with all of us, he has blind spots, where he thinks he knows more than he does.
8
YOU ARE WRONG. SEE HOW MUCH MORE CLEVER I APPEAR WHEN I SHOUT?!!!!! IF YOU CAN'T SEE THAT, IT'S BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT AS SMART AS I AM!!!!!1111111!!!
6
@ To me, saying "You're European" and "You're a socialist" is being redundant.
6
Rick sounds a lot better with a Mark Dice over-dub.
5
If you don't tamp down the anti-social behavior by age 4, it's ingrained for life.
5
Psychopath in the minimization-of-their-crimes mode. "Yeah, but they weren't very good people."
5
@Fergus-H-MacLeod Those kids don't belong in college.
5
@최정현-q4x Yes. The tolerant left, as in "absented themselves," leaving only the intolerant, who happened to be "left."
5
@TheKillerman3333 AI is woke.

“He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that. His reasons may be good, and no one may have been able to refute them. But if he is equally unable to refute the reasons on the opposite side, if he does not so much as know what they are, he has no ground for preferring either opinion... Nor is it enough that he should hear the opinions of adversaries from his own teachers, presented as they state them, and accompanied by what they offer as refutations. He must be able to hear them from persons who actually believe them...he must know them in their most plausible and persuasive form.” John Stuart Mill, "On Liberty"

@Helikaeon CEOs taking big bonuses when the company is tanking are pretty unethical.
4
Everyone should learn about the Holocaust. Everyone should also ask why it's used as justification for forever war in the Middle East and around the world.
4
I've been saying that for years, with regard to the long march of Marxism through our institutions (which should know better).
4
@acuilnos I think Japanese and Chinese are delighted when a foreigner has taken the trouble to learn their language and learn some of their customs.
3
They took over colleges and universities the same way.
3
Antifa-tigue is real.
3
Exactly. People are waking up.

We all have gaps. Most of us try to either hide or close ours. Maybe this is his way of learning things that he never learned while he was totally absorbed as a developer. Same with Hollywood. Same with famous musicians. Mega hours getting good at one thing. Doesn't leave room for much else. You kind of have to live a very boring life to know a lot about everything.
3
2-tiered justice is essential for communism to work.
3
@denkerbosu3551 That's why I'm switching to Linux. The thing is, when you're a in a work situation, you're highly trained, and then you have to learn everything all over because they made it accessible to nitwits. I shouldn't have to re-learn how to sharpen a knife. It's all well and good for younger people, learning the crap for the first time, but for someone who's been doing computers and Internet pretty much since they were invented, they reached the point of diminishing returns a long time ago.

The father is trying to still the water, but the stabbing advocates won't let it happen.
3
This is why online independents have destroyed lamestream media.
