Saudi students in the US, for example, are almost entirely sponsored by their government. You can imagine an oil-rich country threatening to move all its students to Europe instead can have an effect in this.

It is impossible to speak that loud and coherently while getting choked, and a major sign of a heart attack is feeling as if you cannot breathe since your heart is not pumping and delivering oxygen to your body. So despite Floyd gasping in air and shouting he cannot breathe, he could, but his heart was failing to utilize and deliver that oxygen. So no wonder they thought he was lying because I doubt that even Floyd knew he was having a heart attack. The ruling is accurate.

Literally were there to protect the federal buildings that were being damaged, vandalize, and several attempts to set it on fire, and then the rioters chose to exclusively target after federal officers moved in. Nothing happens when the protesters are peaceful, it's only later at night when rioters assault federal officers and have all those videos get posted on social media for those individuals to be identified, and then when being arrested, they cry that they'd being "abducted by the secret police" when they are released not even 24 hours later after having their rights read to then, and being interrogated for those felonies either committed or suspected. Then after the feds moved out, they immediately went back to target police officers that local officers used tear gas after they declared a riot. Even the governor had to go on TV and tell them to stop committing crimes or they'll help Trump get reelected. What a mess.

  45. Yeah, it should be someone's decision whether they want to protect themselves. If they die, it's their own fault. Wearing a mask outdoors is also redundant. The wind is a natural ventilator so the risk of getting exposed for a long enough time with high concentrations of air particles containing the virus are negligible.

If the rocket was x20 the size, then yeah, maybe I'd be suspicious that a satellite rocket would be that big, but I'd probably consider a secret army project is secret to stay ahead of the curve.
