  12. Ā @enough1494Ā  That was the information he had at that time, the parents gave him *nothing*, when they couldā€™ve told him a lot of important info. Heā€™s not a mind reader and he did his best to show Ethan he cared about him in this situation. The concern was his suicidal ideation as that was showing as the main issue at that time. If you donā€™t understand that the staff did all they could with the information they had, then thatā€™s on you. This is the fault of his parents who never cared about this struggling, mentally ill kid.
