  38. I don't live my life in peace, I3 ftist policies mean the junkie that lives next to me is untouchable by police because he's classed as mentally unwell and is a "minority". He screams his brains out, we have to contact the hospital, the hospital rings his wife and asks if he's ok, of course she says "yep, he's fine", if he screams for another hour we can call back and they will attend, then only if he continues to scream at ambulance staff can THEY call the police. He knows it as well, he stands AT my fence and screams about " f kn wy t dogs".
