It's amazing how different sentencing is, I've seen adults in videos, on this channel, with a string of priors to do with drugs, guns, automotive theft, severe traffic violations, etc, get less than this kid on a dirt bike. One in particular comes to mind where the guy was street racing and completely totalled his car, the engine was in the middle of the road, the passenger died, he had a backpack full of drugs, a gun, and it was like his 6th time doing the same thing.

  29.  @MrWhite2222  in 2016, a junkie I had previously given a lifetime ban from my venue came through and told me he would kill me after work one night, I could see the hate in his eyes, I believed he would try. Three days later he was hiding between cars at 3am after I closed the venue, I had been taking a bat with me to my car and am a large man, he had a knife but decided hand to hand with a 6'3" 270 man with a bat might not be a smart idea. If guns were freely available in my country, I'd be dead. I think that is the point OP is making.
