  9.  @dr3wbis  You're dangerously slow. At 18 the brain has not finished developing yet, and you have no life experience, which is imperative for such a role. He is a kid himself and at the VERY least should be riding with an experienced officer for 2 years so he can learn how an experienced adult handles situations while he develops into a man. Definitely not solo as a representative of the law.
