He never held a belt. 19 year old Rory beat prime tyron woodley so badly that woodley took 18 months off and cried about racism being the reason he didn’t get a title shot, instead of accepting that a 19yo without a wrestling background MUTILATED him on the feet AND on the ground. Woodley threw 3 strikes in 3 rounds. It was one of the most humiliating beat downs I’ve seen in the sport. Many exceptional fighters never held belts.
