  20. Floyd refused every major fight offered to him while his sport crumbled around him. He's almost single handedly responsible for the UFC taking over. Cant deny his skill as a defensive boxer, but the guy was never a champion. A champion fights Manny at his best because he wants to prove he was better.

People just say the most recent is the greatest of all time, because that is the only fighter they know.
