@VIPMVPanyquestions Cool story, Ivan.

I haven’t gotten to the Yellow Stone part yet, but if it’s to awaken the super volcano 🌋, that would kill them too. 🤦🏽
6
@PerunAU So, Perun/you, Reporting from Ukraine, Anders Nielsen, Justin Bronk (RUSI), The Eastern Border (pod), Ukraine the Latest (pod), Suchomimus, ISW + a few Russian Mil Bloggers combined will you give 98% of what you could possibly need.
6
Luckily, the life expectancy for men in Russia is about 42. So, not many should make it.
5
Bam!
5
Russia is happy as long as people debate what really happened instead of what Russia has been doing to civilians in Ukraine this week.
5
We just need 3 Republicans to join Democrats in throwing him out as speaker.
5
@aaronajb8983 Ironically, Russia is literally formally partnered with the Taliban and have had envoys from Hamas. Also, the NFP is not in favor of immigration.
5
Notice the Lithuanian president had no lights on in unity with Ukraine 🇺🇦 . Beautiful touch.
5
It is the defense chiefs, not Sullivan behind these policies. One reporter said that and then everyone began repeating it.
5
FYI: The House is taking yet another week off before this vote is supposed to happen. So, no vote this week for sure and in order for the vote to be a simple majority he needs to clear a procedural vote requiring all GOP votes.
5
@VajrahahaShunyata I’m glad “Micro Johnson” has caught on too.
5
Sadly, Putin could have said he hated Trump and would wipe us out and the interview was still going to work. Tucker interviewing Putin was simply a signal to the base: support Russia.
5
@nathan859 No way. The MAGA crowd is bored by anyone besides Trump. They may get a kick out of his sidekicks for a day or so, but the movement will fall apart when he’s gone.
5
The send off for the football player brought tears to my eyes.
5
@marresjepie1887 He wasn’t whining about anything. He literally said they thought they might not be able to afford the energy bill for a custom and how it didn’t happen. He wasn’t saying “oh we’ve got it so hard” or “we don’t like this war because of energy costs.” PAY ATTENTION.
5
@mirkoritter1976 What’s the deal with Germany’s illogical opposition to nuclear energy? It’s our only realistic option for cutting carbon levels enough to begin reversing the damage that’s been done. It seems to be driven by real people (about 25% of the country) and politicians thinking only about the short term.
5
@darex0827 I doubt he’ll be alive in ten years and more than 50% of Russians said their top wish was for the end of the war, only 6% said their top wish was victory, less than 1% Putin re-elected. So, I’ll be shocked if he can continue the war and hold on to to power for two years let alone one.
5
A good start, but the rail bridge is much more important. Get better, Roman.
5
I just can’t wait for GLSDB to arrive. It’s getting closer and closer. It will be one of the few actual game changing weapons to arrive.
5
Indeed. Jake is fantastic, but like most people, there are a number of issues Jake has only a tenuous grasp on.
5
I agree, but France has delivered almost nothing so far. Less than Estonia in fact despite a GDP 67x bigger.
5
France has given 36x less aid than Germany and less arms aid than counties like Estonia whose GDP is 67x smaller. BUT they seem to be having a big change of heart and have announced some good arms packages. If they come through and deliver even half the Caesars announced within 12 months, I’ll agree they’ll be back in the game and have my praise.
5
Well, they’re not pressuring them to negotiate. Broe detailed the reasons why appearing to be open to peace talks is more valuable to Ukraine than it is to Russia.
4
@karinfend2980 Some EU countries are doing great (that’s why I named specific states), but EU states like 🇫🇷 donating literally less than .1% of their GDP is pathetic. Also, this is not a comparison saying the US is doing better. They’ve done worse than most European countries and almost as badly as France for its size.
4
@jonaseggen2230 It’s not just MAGA voters who think we’re spending tons of money in Ukraine. And exposing the fact we’re not spending lots of money and that it’s helping our arms industry, deterring China from Taiwan, etc. would go a long way to getting the many who think we are spending big $ on board, make it easier to pass funding bills, make the media narrative more positive, expose GOP talking points, etc.
4
Do you have more information on your efforts? Are you over there or coordinating things to send over?
4
Biden is still blocking Ukraine from NATO, which makes Trump saying Biden was saying “Ukraine will join NATO before the war.” even more absurd.
4
1,000% He’s a narcissist who both loves himself and is insanely insecure and needs attention and adoration constantly. Probably cause his dad was a cold sociopath. He doesn’t care about any of these issues one way or the other.
4
A note on the Bradleys: they’re all from PPS (pre-positioned stock), which are all located in Europe + ODS models. So, 🇺🇦 is getting one of the best versions + are getting the depleted uranium rounds.
4
@larryo6874 lol, that was my first thought. BTW, the answer is necrosis of the brain.
4
And they’ve advanced a lot since your day. They can destroy enemy tanks at BVR without the enemy knowing you were ever there. They have a very advanced sensor suite, automated firing solutions and are damn fast.
4
God save the Australians!
4
He’s not right wing. He voted for McCain. He just doesn’t like DT.
4
Jake and many others seem unaware of how many munition depots + troop concentrations 🇺🇦 has wiped out in the rear w/storm shadow and GMLRS strikes during May/June + strategic victories like drawing tons of 🇷🇺 military resources to Belgorod using only a few trucks, a tank and two IFVs being operated by a few hundred 🇷🇺 volunteers. It also shows we’re still mainly in the shaping operations phase. Moreover, 🇺🇦 is well on its way to capturing the flanks of Bakhmut and encircling the city. As for Zaporizhzhia, people act like it will be one decisive battle. It’s a grind through the first three layers of defense in depths, which u can’t just blitzkrieg because besides the men, artillery, GRADS, etc., the ground is soaked with AP and AT landmines. It requires using MICLICS and mine rollers. This is a slow and dangerous process.
4
That Japanese guy is my hero.
4
You can’t be president when you can’t talk. Can you imagine listening to this guy for years?
4
@riparianlife97701 To separate it means the bill has to start over again. Israel will get the aid one way or another. If it’s separate the GOP will vote it through and if DJT wins, which the odds are at least 50%, they’ll get the aid anyway.
4
@karinfend2980 All these people, like you, who immediately feel like they need to defend EU or US aid are a big problem. It lets the many countries barely doing anything get away w/doing less than the bare minimum.
3
There was no indication jets are coming soon unfortunately. But he did get European leaders to commit to delivering previously pledged systems much more quickly.
3
I thought it’d take until mid-2025 for Russia to run out of armor. At this rate, it could happen by EOY. The problem with Europe saying Ukraine XYZ without restrictions is that it means nothing without US permission because 80% of those weapons require US permissions on how they’re used.
3
Seeing an actual human being murdered or raped is always going to be more disturbing than stats or stories.
3
@AndrewBlucher How is your French, Butcher? Sorry, I mean Blucher. But, yeah, they do need to keep them out. Europe does. It’s why no one, even the far left parties, are in favor of open borders. Their policies are about making billionaires pay taxes, hire minimum wages, etc.
3
Like Hodges, my major beef w/Biden is his utter failure to explain the simplest reasons why this war is, forget right & wrong, so important from a selfish POV or the fact our aid has cost almost nothing because most of it was paid for in the ‘70s and ‘80s and was retired or being retired and many of them such as DPICM and HMMWVs, have been in the disposal phase which costs us hundreds of millions.
3
@larryo6874 Sadly, they won’t because of our economic power. But it will cost us our ability to get countries to trust our commitments that are not treaty bound, which will cost us a lot.
3
@georgek1234 It’s really frustrating that due to Biden’s age he hasn’t figured this messaging out for himself (if he had made these points in 2023 the “cost” issue would have never arose), his staff are clueless identity politics focused hacks and he has a VP who can’t pinch hit because she has no idea how to communicate and is insanely unlikeable (worst of all, she’s most unpopular with minority voters who they assumed would automatically support her - ironically racist IMO). Hell, when asked what she brings to the table for the re-election, she said she didn’t need to explain herself to voters or the media. What?!
3
Hey, NOW I am celebrating Lira’s fate after watching this.
3
@arnesieper8332 My job is quite literally analyzing the war in Ukraine (and also Chinese global + domestic affairs) and I’ve yet to see ANYONE making this point clearly despite following hundreds of different sources. I’ve seen some mention different aspects like -the war is helping our arms industry and taking Russian market share -we’re giving away stuff we wouldn’t be using anymore -Or the part about deterring China But never all these aspects together and specifically about how these weapons are costing us very little. Jake started referencing it a bit after I posted this same comment in about 60 previous videos. Anyway, as I mentioned above. It’s not just MAGA who believes we’re spending too much. That’s why it’s important this fact becomes a mainstream talking point.
3
GOP doesn’t care. Europe’s support of Ukraine has been pretty weak though too aside from the Baltics, Poland and the U.K.
3
Just starting? You should have paid attention 3 years ago.
