Like this guy from a quality assurance company stands next to you as you're working. But that's just here. Where we make sure our military equipment is built properly.

This has happened MANY times including north korea and even south Africa during apartheid who had a swiss company they owned buying heavy munitions and 50 BMGs and stuff like anti tank rifles and armoured vehicles.
