  4. A 9mm round, even a little .22LR, could effortlessly damage a wiring harness, ignition module, etc. It would completely stop the engine. Anything that destroys a system that's related to fuel delivery or ignition will stop it. It doesn't have to be a big, powerful gun. Most handgun rounds will do little if any damage to an engine block, but they can still stop the vehicle.

When a healthy kid is born and quickly develops a sharp mind at a young age, and is very intelligent, insightful, vibrant, and life-loving, nobody calls it a miracle. They're dismissed as "difficult" because they're harder to raise and don't like school.
