Although I didn't go to a public school, I did play ball in-state at a public school for a year. A student/athlete is expected to carry at least 12 credit hours. It's $400 per credit hour if you're not a Mormon. It's $330-$450/month to stay on campus. There's a $200 matriculation fee... and he still hasn't eaten yet.

  31. I already know she wouldn't have filed it because it was incidental to more serious crime. I got arrested for a DUI once. I'd already parked my car & was getting out of it when they ran up on my friend & me. They charged me with a DUI, driving without headlights, improper registration (I'd just been given the car) & no proof of insurance. Guess what, since they wanted to prosecute the DUI, they tossed the lesser charges. That's how it's done. Incidentally I was acquitted.

Problem being that GZ wasn't trained or authorized to do as such. By his own account, GZ went into his pocket rather than saying, "Hi. I'm George. I'm with the watch. There ave been break-ins.
