  1. If they can force me to take the stand & all I am is the person who broke up the fight a block away, I'm sure they can put Zimmerman, the shooter, on the stand. Worse yet, I think he's just stupid enough to want on it anyways. He was dumb enough to break the law by following that boy. He was dumb enough to put himself in harm's way.   3. It's an act of harassment to mark a person for whatever reason then follow him as if you're suspicious of him. Zimmerman wasn't a policeman who was acting in the public good. He was just a dipshit with a gun & a cellular phone. Whether or not you think his purpose was legitimate doesn't matter. I'll take that further & even say that his suspicion was natural & warranted given the recent burglaries. But his power, as a civilian citizen, was limited to calling the cops & waiting for them.

  4. Trayvon was 6' tall, weighed 150lbs & had just turned 17. Zimmerman is a full-grown, 190lb man. A "threatenening video" & gold teeth don't give extra, upper-body strength to a boy.   16. The case isn't all about stalking. The case is about him stalking the boy & setting up a situation that was hostile then escalating the level of violence. You see, an event, especially this 1, doesn't exist independent of the causal events. That's what teh jury will be expected to consider, in addition to the other evidence, that's presented. I'm no judge or juror but I understand a few legal dynamics, "stalking" being 1 of them. We'll see. But I truly belive that Zim was in the wrong.
