I like Styx but Ry is a professional historian and never once lied in 6 years that I know about. Honestly I trust what Ry says. He is about the only one really.   35. I disagree Styx, "Stay out of foreign entanglements", Is EXTREMELY wise. Any courtship of the Venezuelans in any form will generally be construed as propaganda and meddling. Giving them treats only will make us more suspect. Something very indirect, like buying their oil and having a trade agreement might work, still, how would we encourage them to diversify their own economy with the newfound income?
