  13. The problem with country is trolling and spreading disinformation. The foreign aid to Pakistan was approved under the Trump Administration. We've been sending foreign aid since FDR was in office. The December bill you're referring to included the national appropriations, not just Covid-19 relief.

The media has always called the election early. The only thing different this year are the accusations from President Trump.

It was confidential when the CIA began doing it with the Afghan Mujahedeen during the 1980s and when they armed the non-terrorist Syrian rebels fighting the Syrian government and Russia. If arming Ukraine is not confidential, even though the Russians have already threatened to attack any weapon shipments inside of Ukraine, then how are US weapons getting to the Ukrainian military? Does it suddenly become sensitive once it crosses into Ukrainian territory?

The US won't enter any country without permission, UN authorization, Congressional Authorization, Nato mission, or retaliation for a terror attack or act of war. The most famous Middle East Peace Accord (Israel v. Egypt) was brokered by the US. I tend to expect people to have a better understanding of history, and not just rely on Russian and other anti-Western propaganda. Before there was the Azerbaijan-Armenian Peace Deal brokered by your Tsar Putin, there was the Middle East Peace Accord. The US proves peacekeepers and so does European, Australian, and Canadian forces.

It's why we have laws schools and libraries full authorities and sources of law. It's not the same as the political process behind the passage of an act of Congress, state legislation, regulations, or drafting an executive order; but this is a question of law, and the constitution (U. S. Const. art. III, § 1) vests judicial power in the courts. Questions of politics, amending statutory law, and execution of the laws is the lane of the Executive and Legislative branches.
