  7.  Rockin Robin  If two terms didn't matter, the three men consistently ranked as the greatest presidents ever (Washington, Lincoln, and FDR) wouldn't have notoriety. Washington wouldn't have started the "peaceful transition of power." The future relationship between the Union and Confederate States would have been unknown, and after the Supreme Court struck down most of FDR's New Deal, he would have left office with the world still in the Great Depression and labelled as a European-fascist appeaser.
