They are also ignoring that Ohio's abortion law also has a carve out for rape and incest. The crossing of state lines was to avoid the required police report; they were trying to cover up a crime.

"When words lose their meaning, people lose their lives," -Confucius, author of "The Analects". "Laws are made for men of ordinary understanding and should, therefore, be construed by the ordinary rules of common sense. Their meaning is not to be sought for in metaphysical subtleties which may make anything mean everything or nothing at pleasure." --Thomas Jefferson This, Mr. Pool, is precisely why conservatives pay attention to history. "Political Correctness" is a term that came from Mao's Cultural Revolution. Similar contorting of words were used by "Democratic Kampuchea" during Pol Pot's "Year Zero" philosophy.

@xenosayain1506 You are correct, it is not. And there is no process for it. The ONLY "recall" is the second amendment remedy to topple this corrupt and unconstitutional government.

After the Nuremberg Doctor's trial the medical community had a major reckoning regarding how out of control people behaved "in the name of science". But it only happened because said "doctors" forgot the oath of Hippocrates which requires a medical practitioner to DO NO HARM. Today we are having a repeat because modern doctors have also forgotten the Oath they are sworn to uphold.

And the DOJ declined to prosecute.

You would have thought that HIV/AIDS would have done so, but apparently it was not enough.

The phrase "Lady doth protest too much, me thinks" comes to mind. The louder he has to proclaim his masculinity, the less of it he actually has.

Welcome to the worst of all nightmare dystopias. Brave New World, 1984, Soylent Green, Clockwork Orange, Gattaca, Lord of the Flies, et. al.
97
Lots of similarities between Monkeypox outbreak and the AIDS epidemic in the early 90s. A certain community doesn't want to admit that their particular lifestyle makes them particularly susceptible to infection.
83
Coincidence is NOT a Kosher word. Once is an aberration. Twice is a a trend, and three times is a pattern. But the author of the James Bond novels is correct.
83
Indeed. Cultural Marxism turning their anti-colonial arguments towards attacking the very ideals of self-governance.
83
Never take the Lord's name in vain. He might just be listening and take issue.
80
More anti-nuclear hysteria by the power mongers. They lie about this just like they lied about Fukushima. And they lied about Yucca Mountain.
74
Hitler youth 2.0
72
"Child Nookie Network".
67
The Wuhan Flu had plausible deniability. This one does not. There are only TWO legal smallpox samples in the world, one held by Russia, and the other by the US That makes this an inside operation and possibly an act of bioterrorism.
66
I love that quote and have modified it: "To the corrupt (those who receive preferential treatment), accountability (equality under the law) looks like revenge"
64
Gaydolf Shitler The phrase is "fashionably Jewish". They don't actually understand what it means to be a devout, practicing Jew. And interestingly enough, Ashkenazi Jews are genetically European, but a sub-set much like how Hakka are a subset of Han Chinese. What the Ashkenazi share with non-European Jews is the Y-chromosome.
62
"Fair election" being the operative point. It was anything but. And the Republicans thinking they will ever win another one is a delusional fantasy.
62
Doxxing is why the courts have no need to know the location of Rittenhouse. As long as he shows up to court on time, his whereabouts between sessions is irrelevant.
59
It never was. 1861-1865 made that abundantly clear. "I do not expect the Union to be dissolved - I do not expect the house to fall - but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing, or all the other." -Lincoln's House Divided Speech; Illinois Republican State Convention, Springfield, Illinois June 16, 1858
58
The only Encyclopedias of any value today are hard copies of Britannica, World Book, and the like. Online Encyclopedias are worthless when they bow to the mob.
58
Indeed. Starving people find some of the foulest tasting food to be quite delicious. Desperation and starvation make people change their perspective.
57
Yup, because government officials are "more equal" than the rest of us.
55
You are partially correct. While this conflict is going on, they are using it as an excuse to go after American oil producers so they can blame the price on Russian while hiding the fact that it has more do with the Biden administrations war on American energy producers.
55
@mochithepooh5368 You don't use deadly force when the Secret Service themselves will use deadly force to protect the former president. There is NO justification for this.
54
No joke. Back in the 80s, people feared the Japanese were going to buy up everything, from US debt to American companies. Then their "lost decade" put the breaks on that. I would rather the Japanese had taken over instead of the Chinese. With the Japanese, at least they have a vested interest in seeing the US succeed. China only wants the debt and stock so they can either control us or crash us.
53
Yup, she is a total brocon. The Japanese use it as a joke in anime, but she takes it seriously.
52
Indeed. She is getting her comeuppance.
52
I vote for option D: all of the above. Throw the book at this racial arsonist.
52
Providing material aid to the enemy is High Treason, so you would be correct.
51
@strategery101 Don't forget pretend town, aka Hollyweird.
51
She takes home in one month more than my family with two children earns in a year. I have no sympathy for her.
51
American Reichstag Fire.
51
Yeah, I'm sure that the Buddhist Monks in Vietnam are who started the trend of self-immolation as a form of radial protest in the 1960s and 70s.
51
Except, the Onion isn't funny anymore because their "satire" only goes in one direction. The Babylon Bee is more hilarious, in part because the satire becomes reality.
51
Ashly Babbit was not available for comment.
49
It is also a classic example of counter-intelligence operation. The goal is to get people to NOT act assuming everything will be taken care of. I stop listening to Q after he said to trust Jeff Sessions. All Q predictions have been bunk.
49
And sent to Leavenworth if not a first class "neck stretching".
48
I agree. Europe has been spoiled for so long, complaining about us despite relying on us to keep their peace. They need to pony up to the table and provide for their own defense.
48
@MyMomSaysImKeen Coming from Pavlov's dog, regurgitating talking points on cue. You do realize that Nelson Mandela was also a convicted Felon?
46
"The Democrats have moved so far left, they have left the country," -Ronald Reagan.
45
Zero accountability because incumbents are re-elected at 98%. Which is no surprise considering America is an ILLIBERAL Democracy.
44
Do you want a serious answer or do you want the canned answer by the partisan hacks? The canned response is that they are fascists, anti-Semites, and conservatives. The Stalinist leftists simply throw every accusation at them in the hopes that something sticks.
44
And that is exactly the definition of a crime against humanity. To deny people access to food and water just because someone accuses them of racism is a clear violation of the UN declaration of human rights. Not that such details actually matter to the "politically correct" crowd of statists.
44
Indeed. This is damage control on their part. They are trying to find an excuse to hide behind.
44
THey are because the Murdock sons are flaming liberals. Rupert should have put Wendy Deng in charge of his media empire instead of them.
43
Same with the Irish and drinking jokes. You don't see them get all butthurt about leprechauns and shamrocks.
43
@slps8099 You can blame Alex Hamilton for that. The parties developed because of the rift between Tommy Jefferson and him over the role of small vs. large centralized government. The real tragedy is that Jefferson's friendship with Adams as well as the Adam's presidency was the biggest casualty of that spat.
42
The disparity of how the two women are treated by the left tells you all you need to know about the left's psychopathy.
