@A_Jeff This judge keeps getting overturned on appeal. But you don't want to talk about how violating due process like this is unconstitutional. Or how this action by the judge will simply guarantee that the FEDERAL appeals court will vacate the State Court's violating on the FEDERAL Constitution.

Put these purged officers and SNCOs on the jury. Yes, SNCOs need to be on the jury for officers. All of the retired Command Master Cheifs of the Navy, Seinor Master Sergeants of the Air Force, and Sergeant Majors of the Army for Miley's court-martial.
4
And it started going downhill with "Army of One" BS.
4
@apengvin Did the US allow the Japanese ministry of information to run a paper in New York, San Francisco, or Honolulu during WW2? Same concept.
4
Want to make they really howl? Put SNCOs on the courts-martials for these flag officers. Call up ALL the retired Command Chief of the Navy, Sergeant Major of the Army, and Master Sergeant of the Air Force to be on the jury. Then watch the panic on their faces as they men they ordered around sit in judgement of them.
4
Indeed. The cross-tabs revealed that the poll had a 16% democrat favor in the sampling.
4
@lostandfound5145 If you are cleaning your gun when your daughters come home, that should be enough to scare the potential beaus straight.
4
Yea, it is like people don't realize the SCOTUS would not have permitted the Japanese Ministry of Information to operate a paper in San Francisco, New York, or Honolulu during WW2.
4
Well, and did the US permit the Japanese "Ministry of Information" to operate a paper in San Francisco, New York, and Honolulu? Basically, the same concept.
4
@asmkalrizion7078 Not by her father. The fact that she has such as tense "relationship" with him (he is a Trump supporter) tells me much.
3
"Strike me down and I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine," -Alec Guinness.
3
I'm hoping he does so that these unhinged wackos promptly start inhaling pure chlorine gas.
3
@renkol123 Not to mention that Red China calls their system "State Capitalism" which basically blows the whole argument out of the water.
3
Was it censorship to ban Japan and Germany from operation newspapers in the US before and during WW2?
3
He should but he won't. He(LeBron) is a spoil rich kid who grifts because he knows the population are stupid enough to buy his garbage.
3
@A_Jeff That isn't an argument, that is an emotional outburst. But I expect that from a creature ruled by their passions such as you. LEARN TO DEBATE AND TO CODE.
3
Not all god haters are Satanists. Many are existential nihilists and misotheists.
3
The irony is, Peltz could make this case go away, if the Disney board wasn't so stuck on stupid with regards to "The Message". Peltz as CEO/COO could issue a PUBLIC apology to Gina and a reasonable settlement and the problem would all go away. But again, the board doesn't want to admit that Iger and KK fouled this up creating the deathspiral.
3
Replace it with nothing. The Treasury Department alone should be able to collect tariffs WITHOUT requiring a subsidiary organization.
3
@dennydeckerful Thank you. I pointed that out and my post got deleted.
3
Indeed. Turley and company should go back to the SCOTUS under the original filing and make the SCOTUS remand them for being in contempt of the Supreme Court.
3
THIS! They have only acted with impunity because of government protection from litigation.
3
@ I guess HISTORICAL context is lost on you, isn't it? I was saying DURING WW2, not now.
3
@Brad1156 That line of thinking is exactly why we are in this mess right now. When tribe is more important than principles, you get the hyper-partisan pettiness we see today. Stop falling for the false choice dilemma. Given two bad options take a third. Given three bad choice pick an unexpected fourth. And don't forget, you ALWAYS have the ability to pick option 6: "up yours, I quit!"
2
@TheFrankvHoof Treason CAN be applied outside of declare law. But then it is restricted only to those who provide aid to a hostile power that is in open conflict with the US. And example would be those who provided classified secrets and materials to the USSR.
2
You bet they did. That poll has a 16% democrat bias in the sampling.
2
@sethprice241 There was a movie about Facebook, and it turns out that much like with Bill Gates and Microsoft(see Pirates of Silicon Valley), Zuck took credit for the work of others.
2
@mario7501 And yet tariffs are the BEST way to discourage that. How many foreign nations subsidize their industries? Tariffs have historically been used to stop that unfair practice. PS, Google/Youtube keeps deleting my posts point that out.
2
Indeed. Tiktok is like the Japanese or Germans operating a radio station or newspaper in the US during WW2.
2
He should have done that by going to the SCOTUS arguments.
2
I agree with you nuanced position. Tariffs for the sake of taxation is wrong. But put in place to force other nations to not unfairly subsidize their companies against American producers are the very purpose for tariffs.
2
That singularity has a name: Roko's Basilisk.
2
@Kazeshini25663 Actually, Google does benefit from government intervention. Communication Decency Act of 1996, specifically section 230 is their protections. Without them, Google would have been taken to court years ago. Hell, only now with Prager University is Google finally getting hit with violating the terms of their government protections and now being exposed to the slander and libel litigation that publishers face. Litigation, slander, and libel and the costs associated with that is part of the free-market. It is a critical part of the system that the government all too often interferes with.
2
Yes. To quote Arcturus Mengsk, "I will rule this sector, or see it burned to ashes around me!"
2
@A_Jeff No, you are the pigeon playing chess, knocking over pieces thinking you are accomplishing something. We are counting coup against you.
2
Indeed. European nations subsidize their businesses against American producers. That grants them an unfair advantage in trade.
2
@ See, you are looking at it from the ARMCHAIR GENERAL position. A military and an Army in particular is a UNIT, A TEAM, not an individual. A single multi-talented person can't hold off an entire invading force. We need people who can be cohesive, NOT everyone only thinking about themselves.
2
@ElliotMess No he won't. He cannot defy both Congress AND the SCOTUS. When those two are united, the POTUS can't refuse.
2
@ Well, then that should show you how much credibility I put in his singularity theory, because it is simply repackaged just like "Dark Energy" is simply a rebranding of the Eather Theory of Energy.
2
As Gorky said in Lower Depths, "Miserable creature must find MORE miserable creature, then he is happy".
2
ANd not a very realistic story. Someone in that environment would be taught to hate the military, not embrace it.
2
Hell, America's first attempt at nation building was in 1790: the nation of Liberia in Africa! I think the results are mixed at best, but at least they have great affection for the US. Maybe in no small part because the nations of Europe considered them a protectorate of the US during the mad scramble for Africa. Liberia became a haven for those fleeing French and British rule.
2
Indeed. Declare the state in rebellion, AND QUOTE PRESIDENT LINCOLN as he invoked the insurrection act.
2
Answer: did the US allow Japan or Germany to own and operate Newspapers in the US before and during WW2?
2
@raumograeywolf5477 Clans are matrilineal while family names are patrilineal. Man and woman cannot stand on their own. You show ignorance when you discount the power women wield within the family. I am reminded of one of the Peloponnesian Wars. The women of Athens and Sparta got tired of burying their sons husbands, brothers, and fathers. So the women of both cities decided to force the issue by refusing to sleep with their men. The War ended within two weeks. You are conflating these man-hating girl-children with real women who know how to use their power and make the most of their situation. Women rule the roost and always have. Girl-children have yet to even establish a roost.
2
@malachir2418 The idea that unpopular Biden got more votes that VERY popular Obama doesn't pass the smell test.
2
And that is why that ad is so unrealistic. Someone who grew up in an activist household will NOT fit into the disciplined lifestyle of military service.
2
I would not put it past them to try and send him to Rikers to be Epstiened.
2
More like first class neck stretching.
2
Send them to Fort Leavenworth if not a first class "neck stretching".
