  1.  @NoNonsenseKnowHow  you my friend are the .001% that is able to do that. Most people don't know any of the owners and they just feel the need to do what they wish. I seen it happen so much they give up and sell everything and then the money turns it into a strip mall or housing community. Few can make enough money to see and a living and continue to pay taxes. I hope that your friend can continue to hang on to his property and earn a great living. God bless.
