  7. Do you know what would stop people people from voting in multiple states? Each state has its own active voter roll, but they are not cross-referenced with each other. If we had one federal voter roll that was distributed to every state for federal elections, it would guarantee*one person = one vote* . That would insure that when "John Doe" moves to another state, he cannot vote in-person in his new state and vote again by mail/absentee in his previous state because after he voted in one state, his name would be taken off of the federal voter roll making him immediately ineligible to vote in any other state.

  10. I believe it was the title of the online article that she claimed she did not write. HOWEVER, when she sent out a tweet with the article attached and writing "I just wrote and published this...." The law (at least in Virginia) considers that by attaching the article to her tweet, she essentially and legally re-published the entire article WITH and including the title even if she did not write the title originally. The ACLU testified that the Washington Post wrote the title. Legally, it did not matter b/c she met the legal criteria for 100% writing and publishing it when she re-published it via Twitter Funny how two media ouets Murdoch owns, The Sun and Fox, can have two completely different views on this.

  11. Lawyers often disagree with the jury on verdicts, and the lawyer for a losing side ALWAYS disagrees with it. It's unprofessional to give an interview and try to blame it on jurors not following protocol. It's DOUBTFUL she will be dumb enough to try and use that as one of the reasons to support an appeal. I think even Elaine knows better than to do that -- unless, of course, she has some actual proof (key word: actual) that the jury was compromised.

There were four officers that also died ON 1/6. Plus, 142 injured officers of which 101 needed to be transported to the hospital -- some of those died within the following 72 hours. That was one helluva single bullet.

The reason poll workers had to be "recruited" was the average age of a pw was 74 and so, so many chose not to sign up again in 2020 due to Corona. Therefore, election officials HAD to "recruit" citizens to work the polls. Unfortunately, the word "recruit" is being taken out of definition in this thread. UNBELIEVABLE

  50. At 29:30 he says we have a full healthcare plan coming out IN TWO WEEKS. Well, I waited two weeks and he's given us, to quote Lindsey Graham, a big nothing burger. Trump has been promising to over haul the healthcare in the US, and not only has he not delivered in 3.5 years, he's made ZERO progress. ZERO. He flips back and forth between covering pre-existing conditions and not covering them. WHAT A WASTE OF 4 YEARS for EVERYONE except Trump and his children.
