@andrewromanik Cannon is about to have her 3rd order overturned by the district appellate court. She's exerting her jurisdiction over an out-of-district grand jury still hearing evidence. She is really screwing her career.

"They" must be the same "people who are always saying"...

Yes, WHEN IS Trump going to even start draining the swamp as he promised to do over 4 years ago. Yet, NOTHING. The only swamp monsters that have been drained since he's been in office are Individual One's own co-horts. --

Guiliani talking about anyone misusing charitable funds is a JOKE. Trump was found GUILTY in two different cases in Dec 2019 of literally stealing from 2 charities! He was also ordered to pay a $2 million fine and can NEVER be involved in a charity ever again. Oh, and a sizeable chunk of the funds in his second scam charity case was diverted from a US Veterans' non-profit. Stealing from charity is about as low as one can go.
3
Oh, we called him racist long before that.
3
Is he still trying to stay relevant? Some tweet him to tell him his time has passed!
3
Awww, poor wittle Snowflake cannot handle hearing anyone who doesn't agree with them. Wow
3
Trump could talk about himself 12 hours each and every day.
3
Why did the GOP insist on reducing the number of Border agents by 3,300? Why hasn't the GOP proposed a single Bill on immigration reform for at least 30 years? I'm beginning to think they like to keep immigration as it is so they can have a campaign talking point!

I am personally in favor of placing restrictions, like being over 21yo, on the sale of semi-auto, high-powered rifles and placing limitations on those with prior felony convictions involving a firearm from being able to purchase future firearms, BUT, I 100% agree with this SCOTUS decision. People purchasing legal firearms should NOT have to provide, show or prove any type of specific need in order to make the purchase -- Self-defense and protection of property being implied already meets the need, and if it didn't, the 2A would have included wording saying so. FULL STOP.

@surlypiratewench1969 The number of people claiming this is a victimless crime is astonishing. Every US taxpayer, every NY property tax payer, including those who rent, and nearly everyone with a 401k or 401a is likely a victim. As are those who had/have mortgages with those financial institutions. White collar crimes us more likely to have far more victims than other crimes.
3
@singatune Didn't bother to read the indictment, did you

I can understand if the papers were somehow packed up accidentally, and I can even understand Trump wanting to keep "love letters" from Kim Jong. But, once Trump and his attorneys were made aware the boxes contained documents that had to be returned, why didn't his attorneys just return them? The FBI was there in June and Trump wouldn't allow the agents to take them even though they had a subpoena. It seems this whole thing could have been avoided by just sending it giving them back. Has there been any coverage about this?
3
@vincegoupil Yeah, sure. We'll see in Nov 2024 just how right (or wrong) you are.😊

@Limboweechie Limetra, You're not going to win with this group, and you're right, it's the Faux Noise crowd that's calling for her to be fired, not us. ABC did Whoopi wrong, in my opinion. First, they told her to go on Colbert's that night and apologize on The Late Show and then they told her to apologize on The View. Then, they suspended her for 2 weeks. They should have been up front about the suspension and let Whoopi make her own mind up about whether or not she wanted to apologize. I'm fairly certain she would have wanted to apologize b/c it would bother her to think she may have inadvertently hurt someone. As for this Fox Five group, don't bother trying to search for the video footage of them being outrage over any one of the MULTIPLE times Marjorie Traitor Greene disgustingly spoke and how she referred to Holocaust victims and survivors.

You mean until there's a vaccine, right?

We also don't want to be in a courtroom when our abuser, an actual abuser, tells the judge and jury that we are lying and are not actually a victim and then compares us to Amber Heard. THAT is how her fake abuse claims are going to hurt female victims in the future. On a positive note, male victims might be more willing to come forward and seek help now

@karlk9316 That confidentiality agreement would have been okay IF money had not exchanged hands in an obvious attempt to keep it from coming out just prior to the election. That IS the difference. The money was paid in direct conflict with campaign finance laws.
2
Ladie Kadie Unfortunately, he's not up for re-election until 2026.
2
@FRAME5RS However, the reason for having the Supreme Court is to interpret our laws as they apply to specific cases. If the supreme court didn't do that, there would be no need to have such a court.
2
Really? That's what they want to do. I've always thought that of Faux Noise.
2
I recently got a Twitter account, and it has become very apparent that Trump spends at least 4 hours each day on it. If using Twitter and watching Faux Noise is the meat and potatoes of the job of the POTUS, anyone is capable of doing it -- This POtuS being the perfect example of that. Mind ypu, I didn't say he was doing his job well.
2
Lorraine Armstrong I've never commented on Trump's Twitter useage until today, but I do watch and comment on CNN YT videos. I'm still amazed at the amount if time Trump spends on a DAILY basis scrolling through Twitter, posting, liking and retweeting.
2
Lorraine Armstrong If he has 4 hours to tweet, then he had plenty of time to read the Russian bounty briefings and the weekly Coron virus briefings starting on Jan 6. Unfortunately, he chose to do what my teenager would have chosen to do over her homework: play on social media.
2
Yes, we do. It's obvious the system we've been using for decades is not working
2
Sharpie time!
2
This is NOT anti-Semitism. This is calling for a ceasefire so no more innocent people needlessly die!
2
@kellykurek4491 Obama throwback? He's held the same position for 40 yrs. He's worked under more Republican administrations than Democrat admins.
2
The White House sends exclusive press releases to Fox and in order to keep receiving those releases, Fox airs every single one of them. This feels short because there is no live footage and viewers don't want to sit and watch a still of the White House. Bottom line is there's no action it it.
2
Trump wouldn't have gone. Remember what happened in Paris?
2
He just said 9lder people should be willing to sacrifice their lives so younger people can have a thriving economy. Still supporting this douchebag?
2
THAT is the actual root of the problem. Several of his aides have said he refuses to listen to anything he doesn't want to hear and/or anything requiring that he actually do something. That's why he didn't act upon the coronavirus beginning on January 6 when he was first briefed on it.
2
But she still raised $8 million for residents of another state after a statewide emergency was declared before their own Senator could manage to return from Cancun.
2
@davidpaglia1326 No, but trying to discredit a latin woman by saying she slings tacos actually IS racist. You Trumpers are so used to saying it behind closed doors that you often forget to mind what you say when in public.
2
He's a GOLDMINE!
2
I am fairly certain that if Obama wanted to give Biden advice, especially criticism, he'd simply pick up the phone. How gullible can you be?
2
@FamILYwomen Exactly. They are saying ABC cut "the" soundbite before airing it, but ABC has given no indication this actually happened. If you'll notice, Fox doesn't even say what Obama's supposedly said as a "criticism of Biden's policy." Then, as the icing for the average, rabid Faux Noise viewer, they bring it full circle by bringing up AOC. It seems completely lost on Fox viewers that Obama would simply pick up the phone if he wanted to give his former VP advice, including criticism. Fox's sheep are the most obedient and gullible-- that's for sure.
2
Well, when the GOP insisted on slashing the budget of the Border Patrol and cut 3,300 border security positions at the southern border, what were we expecting to happen? It seems they'd rather keep immigration reform as a campaign promise year-after-year than actually put forth any type of reform bill. They haven't proposed one in over 30 years!
2
Yes, and that's why Trump's trials need to be televised. The public can view the proceedings and form their own opinions!
2
@horrorgirl688 Unfortunately, Australia is likely the only place that might actually follow it up. I know the US won't. Bits not usually difficult to prove a lie was told, it's proving the lie was egregious enough to change the outcome of the case. With the verdict favoring JD, there's little chance of that. However, it was brought to her lawyers' attention during Discovery about having the two different sets of duplicate pics with different dates for different incidents being in separate exhibits and they still chose to move to admit them into evidence. Her attorneys should be sanctioned for that. I hope it's reported. Dr. Speigel also needs to be reported to the APA. His expert witness status needs to be challenged, as well. Even a lay person knows you can't do a psyche evaluation on someone by watching him act in commercials and movies. As soon as he called JD an idiot during his deposition, he should have been replaced. Did Bredehoft and Rottenborn think Ben Chew wouldn't notice that?
2
Oh, so it's okay to censure only the people you think should be censured??
2
@gheyjoojeh trump? Is that you?
2
@savanahmclary4465 Grab a Webster's and look up sarcasm. Jeez!
2
It will never match the ignorance of the right.
2
Jack Smith is arraigning down on Trump's charade! Finally...
2
Trump was a card carrying Democrat for over 5 decades.
2
At 1:58: I'm no Hillary fan, but that was a kick-arse reply she had.
2
Gutfeld is the most annoying persona on fox.
2
@UncleEbenezer77 Same, and this will be the first year that I can recall that I won't be voting Libertarian nor Independent. I'll be all blue in Nov
