  2. Since I can't drive, I have to walk through my neighborhood to get to the bus. There's always a little bag of dog treats in my backpack, and I toss them to all the dogs I come by. They all know me now and instantly stop barking and start wagging their tails as soon as they see it's me coming along. :)

  32. It's been illegal to use animals in circuses here in the US for a while now. It's the main reason circuses have more or less died out - without the animals, people just don't find them all that much fun. Seems the danger of falling off a high wire isn't exciting enough for them.
