  13. IF you have Webull, Coinbase, Robinhood etc... and there are many more you don't really care about the Bitcoin ATM. The reason is that you want to be able to buy other coins too like Cardano, Doge and many many others - not just Bitcoin. However it could be that the elite already know that Bitcoin will be the chosen currency of the future besides the mighty (not so) dollar. That's why there's 26,000 Bitcoin Atm's already across the USA.

  20.  @abruegger007  It's been shown that, for example housing costs a lot more than 40 or even 30 years ago and when compared to average incomes. Remember when they said just work hard and you'll be able to buy a house? Now you'd have a work a lot more hours or two jobs. And if you got married and it goes to a divorce; divide everything in half. So sell the house and give half of the money. I ended up joining the Army at an older age - like Bill Murray in stripes. I joined in 1998 and did 12 years and then 8 in the Reserves. Just an E-5 ..... well it worked!

  24.  @jeffshadow2407  Wrong, all I said was you got lucky. Yeah it's good gas mileage for big engines like that. My 1999 Corolla has a 1.8 liter 4 cylinder that I like to drive on I-95. It keeps up with traffic fine, goes up to 80 no problem. It 'll go beyond that but I really don't speed. And the gas mileage is always over 30. It only has 171,000 miles on it.

  27.  @jeffshadow2407  I've heard or seen information somewhere that an Olds Cutlass like that, and the condition was good is NOW worth at least $80,000. For a GTO somebdoy got more than 100 grand. Reason is that they are getting really rare. Your Toronado - well probably at least 50 grand. Good luck, you're probably sitting on a lot of money now and don't even know it.

Yes it is the same as saying the crime is okay (these are hard times); I gave it some thought and it's because they can't possibly lock them all up. The Prisons and jails are already maxed out. I heard that during the earlier covid when it was dangerous, prisons were releasing a lot of inmates early. More leniancy now that's some BS. As for landlords like yourself - I guess the governments attitude is it's okay you can afford it!!! Did you claim business losses or seek more legal advice? Good luck to you.
