  8. Well Zuck is lean but he's been taking Brazilian Ju Jitsu, and he's much younger than Elon. Although Elon looks fine for his age - well being rich helps a lot. Money helps people to stay younger. I personally think Elon should offer his bodyguard or someone in his security team to fight the Zuck. 😆

  13. Well that's no different than Visa and Mastercard, just to name two. Only for the past 30 years a lot of people don't mind getting buried in credit card debt. So then many will go bankrupt to erase these debts. Then have to build heir credit all over again.

  16.  @shotelco  That's amazing, the thing is with all of that debt before, you should have spoke to an attorney about presonal bankruptcy. I do have my own experience about 30 years ago. And my father helped me after my divorce at the time. It was calculated that becuase I have a daughter it's important to pay child support, and I just had to much debt and not yet a good enough job. Bankrruptcy was an option so I took it. For me everything was okay later and I rebuilt my credit slowly and things got better. In your story you managed to pay off your debts; and wanted to invest in land and then build on it. That's called perserverance and usually a person works hard too. That's why you're good now, and yes the management (financial) is very important.

  34. In modern times like the 1930's to the 1970's you needed batteries that didn't exist yet. Eventually you would get to Tesla and some others like the Nissan Leaf and the Honda EV around 2010 I think. And the Chevy Bolt a few years later. These are true EV's because the batteries are right and the range is good.
