I use the word openly, when it suits the meaning I am trying to convey to my interlocutor, although to use it here would mean punishment from YouTube, so I won’t use it. The word is sometime useful to describe a particular sub-culture within Black culture. Comedian Chris Rock has a funny stand up bit about these particular kinds of Black people, saying even Black people hate ______ers. It’s hilarious.
