Make excuses for not working during regular business hours and say it’s for safety reasons, when they could easily work during the day and stop work whenever a train goes by. And by the way, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment (or whatever the latest fancy name they call themselves is) is the appropriate government ministry to complain to about ground vibrations, not Metrolinks, the agency committing the offence.
