Its still holding on to the 4 regions and Crimea, that's progress to Russia. During this 15 months, Russia conducted military exercises with Belarus, China in Pacific Ocean, Iran in Persian Gulf and South Africa. It even tried to send a rocket to the moon which ended in failure. No idea why Putin refused to mobilize 1 million regulars to Ukraine during the last 15 months to end the war.
